Who here got beta codes? Anyone got one that they don't want? I've been itching to get my hands on it.

We also know our fans have high expectations for this title, and to that end, we have decided to move the release date to November 20th, 2012 for North America and Latin America territories. This will let us spend more time polishing and tuning the game, and it will give us a chance to incorporate some of the great feedback we’re receiving from the current limited beta to ensure we are creating the best possible fighting game experience. While it is our greatest desire to put this game into the hands of our fans as soon as possible, we do not want to do so at the sake of quality. The additional time will be well worth the wait, and are excited to know that our fans will have the ultimate brawler in time for the holiday.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Requires No Character Unlocking

Superbot Entertainment has confirmed that every character in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will be unlocked from the very beginning. Community Manager Daniel Maniago shared the news earlier today when responding to an user inquiry posted on the official PlayStation Blog.

“All characters will be unlocked from the getgo.”

Having access to every character in a fighting game has become common practice over the years, so this move in PSASBR should come as no surprise.

With four new characters announced at Gamescom ( click here in case you missed it ), the entire roster has jumped to 16 playable characters. Maniago promises more character reveals are still to come between now and the game’s November release.

Did anyone here pick this up yet? The reviews I've seen so far have been positive but I'd like to know what you all think.
 
I've not simply because I don't need to blow $60. I will buy it sometime in the future because it has the free Vita version. I think?

Any game with a cross-play feature has the Vita version for free when you buy the PS3 version.
 
I got the game for a really good price (bought a game on BF and returned for Allstars) and it's amazing both on the Vita and PS3.
 
I received this as a Christmas gift and really like it so far. Played it on both the PS3 and Vita and so far I would say I like it more on Vita. It just seems to fit that platform perfectly. I haven't checked out multiplayer yet but enjoyed the beta on Vita so I will give it a shot once I'm more exprienced. Now I'm excited for Kat to come as DLC.:)

Isn't it a great game? I have hardly played on the PS3 but it's great on the Vita.
Played online with a guy who sounded like James from Pokemon but with a higher voice :lol: So he got the level 2 super and the next thing I know I hear, "Level 2!" in a high pitched James voice.

Add me if you like and we can beat the crap out of each other.

And don't forget to join the VOC!
 
After playing it on my PS3, PSASBR is both better, and more fun than I expected. I give 👍 for Super Bot Entertainment for making this awesome game.

I played with a friend who was playing for the first time and he chose Kratos...

...he beat me while I played as my best man. :mad:
