It's DVD, not CD. The game stinks though. Dude, you need to return your PS2 if it isn't working properly. When you go to the store, look at the back of the box. On the bottom right of each case it says either Compact disc, or DVD Rom.

oh yeah dude, i know that, i just wanted to know before i went to the store, and hell all the games i really want are on DVD so for now i dont want to pay the 100+ dollars (only 16 years old)

nah dude i got like four in my front yard.......lol, its a different story when you go way out west then there are no trees but when you get into the city thats basically all you see.
