They do not start out slow!

I have a save but you can only play in arcade mode and cant go into certain gears with some cars cuz the speed will decrese. This is the 1,000,000 bhp cars save. Remember not sim mode cuz it freezes when you enter the garage. Well you can go to sim mode and race and stuff but dont switch cars.

All of the sample cars are the cars that the programmers used to make the games look right. They are all really cool but some have these weird balls above them when you are in the garage.

no you cannot manually unlock them they are only gameshark/sharkport found
