Potential bug: Kicking players out of lobbies since the 1.65 Spec III update

Have any of you experienced an issue where players would get kicked out of online lobbies mid-race, usually at the beginning of a lap just after getting the lead in the race? The issue is specific to normal player-made online lobbies, not daily races.

This has happened to a few people I know, but I haven't seen much about it on Reddit or here. Wondering how widespread the issue is.

Yep, I've experienced the same issue twice today, both times while crossing the line onto a new lap while in the lead.

Beyond frustrating that they manage to actually include new lobby features with the update, and then mess up the lobbies to the point that they're legitimately unplayable. I really hope this gets fixed soon, not held back until a content update.
 
Yep. Happened to me at Yas Marina in a 3 lap sprint. I was the lobby host and my game crashed as soon as I crossed the finish line of Lap 1 in first place. The other participants got the message, "The Host has terminated the session" (or something to that effect), and were kicked out of the lobby.

It happened during Car of the Week's usual 2 hour lobby session where we run around 6 sprint races. Yas Marina was Race No. 5, and the issue did not occur in any other race, even when I was in the lead. It MIGHT be an issue tied to Yas Marina, but I don't have enough testing to say definitely as of now.

This is something I have been noticed by a friend of mind and witnessed it with my own eyes too (happened at Yas Marina as well). I will ask them to check on this matter.

Can anyone confirm whether this happened at other track than Yas Marina too? Or was it at just Yas Marina only?
 
Experienced this bug as well. Disconnected each leader of the race as they crossed the finish line each lap.

Host had to shut down the lobby and restart, no idea what caused the bug other than it being the second race run after the room was up.

Happened to us at Tokyo, so don't think it's the track.

Happened to me at Daytona as well.

Could be wrong but I believe it's whenever the race leader sets a new fastest lap. Has happened consistently across several tracks and several types of lobby (public, friends, private) so I don't think it's anything to do with those.

However, it has consistently happened after the lobby settings have changed at least once, so that might be a clue worth looking into. @Mikail Hizal
