Laurent,

No rush, I know you have your hands full, when you have time...
...could you tell me if the tune for the Audi R8 LMP '01 you created for GT5.
is applicable to the car in GT6? Was my favorite LMP in GT5 (had 4 :D).

I bought one last night, feels pretty good stock, actually.
Unfortunately they did not update the dash graphics like they did for the 2J :grumpy:.

Valeu amigo! (means "thanks friend")--for the Engrish-enforcement patrol. ;)
OK , yes the tune is still very good, perhaps i'll play with the front toe... but it''s smooth and fast yet.
;)👍

Ok friend, i'll check for you.

I don't understand one thing.. ?? Why PD make so nice night circuit and race and absolutely no lights on the cars??? I did the night master right now, my NSX 04 was completly in the black , couldn't see anything. After i've take the 111R and it was just a few better. Not so much.
Crazy PD , they put stars and no light for the racers look at the stars ?????
Just imposible to use night for racing in this conditions, a lot of things that will not be used by anybody, or some few cars have lights???

Hey Praiano, is it my imagination or have the Lotus' and Audis swapped from GT5 to GT6? Here is what I mean: in GT5 the Audis handled magnificently and the Lotus' were a handful. In GT6 the Audis handle like the old Lotus' (Nuvolari Quattro anyone?) and I can't believe how good the 2 Lotus I have tried handle straight stock. The 111R and the bread van - both excellent!

I need to test much more first, but the 111R can improve a lot from stock. There is a lot of room for it. The Audi Race car 01 is still a perfect Le Mans car. same as GT5.

Cool, thanks - I haven't tried that one yet, just the stock Ultra (I will incorporate your tune today) and the R18 which were both real handfuls. I drove the 111R in some kind of mission race or one make somewhere and it handled exceptionally well - maybe they had it set-up to the optimum for the challenge already. Love the MR2 set up by the way, lovely smooth ride.

By the way my friend - a funny and interesting glitch/mistake? The Daihatsu Mira TR-XX Avanzato R'97 can be tuned legitimately to 640pp :) Haven't driven it yet, but somehow don't think it will be my first choice for a relaxing session! Enjoy your day!

Nice! Gonna save up an buy this one :) (Why no F50 or F355 PD :( )

(Awaiting to see how you tame a 600pp 430 Scud on RHs :) )

Hey man a little request. My uncle thinks he can beat me in a race at Nurburging GP. So I need that Viper tune ASAP. Thank for all your help

Hi Praiano, I just tested your M3 CSL (work in progress report here), and had trouble getting the transmission ratios you had. I was able to achieve them if Final Gear was left at default (3.6XX), but if I move it to 4, gears 3-6 are put of range. Can you confirm that final gear is to be set to 4 to set up each ratio?

Also, I feel a bit of understeer still coming out of corners, which many times I can't fix with gears or throttle. I wonder if a bit of camber could help, what do you think?

By the way, I also experienced what GReeK_W1ZaRd describes (going on 2 wheels when hitting a kerb), but not as bad as he.

Thanks again for the tune!

Seriously Praiano, you are going hard on the tunes......and quality each one too nice work 👍.

Hope you don't mind but I applied some of your MR methodologies to some of my tunes to improve them (for my own use of course)

Love your work mate keep it up:bowdown:

I'll check and revisit this tune today. I didn't tune it smooth enough it seems. This CSL need to be perfect.

Thanks Herman, i love those MR cars, they need smooth driving inputs and the driving line is the most important . A real pleasure.
Hope to see you in one of our FITT shootout.

The GTO is wonderful, same with the Diablo. They have soul and charisma and it's such a pleasure to take them out for a ride. I mean - for example - cars like the Z4 GT3 are really fast, especially with your tunes, but they're also kind of sterile and not edgy at all. Too clean... And now it just came to my head that i really waitin your tune for the Cobra Daytona Coupé

You're right, they areso nice to pilot, i have to test the daytona, too much fantastics cars , i need time ,and coffee:lol::lol:

Hi praiano,
I have one more question regarding your tunes and hopefully it is not a stupid one but I cant find anything in the forums or in my game regarding that...
On the CSL for example you list the "chassis reinforcement". Is that meant to be like the oil change right after buying a car to slightly improve the performance?
there is no more "improve chassis rigidity" option in the tuning shop anymore or at least I can't find it.
that is why I need to ask this question.

cheers

was driving the diablo gt yesterday with sportsoft tires instead or racing hard. real good fun and great feeling:tup:👍👍

I fully agree with you there, the F50 is an insane icon that is missing in the game. Same as the Testarossa and F355. And Porsche of course like the Panamera and the Cayenne. And BMW misses an X6,X5,M6 and 7 series. And a 2000CS and 635i and more..

"Chassis reinforcement" is named now "Improve Body Rigidity" some kind of viagra for your car.

Talking about the CSL, i was driving on the ring with very low springs and dampers, almost at the minimum, and the car go on top after passing over the first right corner kerb on the nordschleife.
I've tryied to repeat the stunt but no way anymore. Must be some glitch. Anyway, i'm doing a new tune for it.

LAMBORGHINI DIABLO GT '00 // 600PP // SPORT SOFT

This is a magic car, very nice perfect drive, nothing close to the stock that is a bit tail happy. More eagerness now ,together with more stability. A dream fast cruise, very fast... Great top speed can be reached.

Please test your tunes at bathurst. This tune is almost undrivable there to the point of even spinning on the straights. Liked your CSL tune though.

Take it easy Praiano! We only want you burning out while doing victory doughnuts! You and I are definitely on the same page MacGyver - I love that Cobra Daytona Coupe. Won all the World Classic Cars in it - beat the 2J by only 1 second at Apricot Hill because of the long straights. I don't think the car needs much work, an absolute joy to drive stock. :)

Thanks, nice info. Need to grind out 4.5m with the 'Ascari-Method' as i have the download version...

Hi I cant seem to get the same transmission settings you have displayed for the m3csl and 308 gto, im from the uk do u think the game may have different settings here?

What tires are you using?

Sports soft. The car on default suspension is far easier to drive, quicker also. But I only tired on bathurst. Might be a different story on a smooth track. Its the bumps that really seem to upset it. On the straight after the first turn there is a slight hill with a bump, the car steps out quite dramatically going over it even though its a straight section. And braking into the dipper is a nightmare.

Yeah I had the same issue. I just used the default gear ratios.

I've tested it right now on several tracks including bathurst and i don't see any like you're saying "This tune is almost undrivable there to the point of even spinning on the straights." for me it's OK , much more pleasant and balanced than the stock. But perhaps it's just me and a few more.
If you prefer the stock settings, drive the stock settings. For me this is the best i cana do and i'm very happy with it. Knowing this is a base tune that you can adapt to you.
I'm learning bathrust for the moment and i don't pretend make a special tune for this track. But i repeat, for me my tune is OK.
For the gears, you need to have the same parts installed and oil change or not. You can also do your own with the help of my method in my GT5 garage, i'll do a new one for GT6 soon.

Tried some of your tunes in GT5 and very impressed, not really had the time in GT6 and you got the game later than most of us lot.
Noticed you have changed some rims, you may have read this or not, here. Might make a slight difference for you.

Cheers Bee9
