That’s my absolute #1 dream car right there

Hungry The Simpsons GIF

Looking forward to the tune!
Until praiano makes his magic. You can check out Exeter tuning he has a real nice m3 setup

@praiano63 How? I was getting walked on in the first lap.

I know there is a method to the madness, but why did you put the ride height all the way up? You said it was intentional. I’m trying to understand. Thank you?
Because in the brain of the polyphony engineers , raising the ride height causes a enormous lost of performant = -PP .
It don't happen. In fact the higher ride height don't represent a signicative lost of grip of performance.
So i can put more HP or downforce in this configuration , that's it.

@praiano63

You say shift at 7k rpm, is that when the reva first turn red at the left side of the gauge? I thought I remembered you saying that on another car.

I tried Exeter tune & I did not like it. The stock tune was faster than the Exeter tune, at least for me. It was a few weeks ago when I tried it, but if I'm remembering correctly, it has big problems with understeer. The stock setup does not have this understeer issue.

For @333hp and his real dream car . Here it his marvel. A well digital balanced M3 for you. Also one of the top 3 of my cars on any medium speed track type. Also perfect for Nordschleife on the 700PP event , even with his only 600PP. This car forgive almoest everything , just take care out a slow curve when accelerate. If do it early , try to be this in medium to low rpm . If not , you could lose some grip on rear end.

NO Wide Body

Rims 18" - Rim Width Wide - Offset Wide

Front A - Side Standard - Rear A - Wing A

1- set auto speed at the minimum 200kmh
2-set the final gear to 2.915 .
3- set each gear ratio beginning from the last gear to first gear in this order.
Done.

This is a bush vehicule , if somebody ask about the ridiculous ride height , here is the reason . ;):confused:

I use a low RPM Turbo. Shift at 7000 RPM. If you use Auto transmission , it's now that you have to change your way to play. Auto Trans = no race with this car.

Thank you.

Another mission completed thanks to your works. 👌🏻

Looks mad but great tune, I’m not the fastest but 2:25s we’re consistent, 2 pit stops and won by +30s

Thank you so much! What kind of lap times are you getting on this setup? Are you running with fuel map on 1?

I just did the settings , 1 hour on a Kei car .... not this time , no beer in the fridge for the moment. But @priesty_lfc did it , "2:25s we’re consistent, 2 pit stops and won by +30s" .
I was testing this morning , i had best lap several times... i don't remember what time.

I drive on bonet cam , no RPM jauge. I check first in bumper cam and remember the sound of 7000 rpm. Piece of cake.
I've been playing Gran Turismo since the first one. So I've always used the bumper cam (I call it fly on the bumper view ), since that and the chase cam were the only views in those early games. Now I noticed 99% of Gran Turismo YouTubers use the bonet cam (hood cam) as well.

Why is this view so popular? There is no rear view mirror. Maybe I should try it??? I do wish the bumper view was a little higher off the ground, sometimes it's super low.

And raising only front lowers even more. One reason why your Porsches are so quick!

I remember the top drivers during FIA events , 90% are using bump cam , 1 bonet cam , 1 rear view cam.
Didico also switch from view to other. During very close fight , he use rear cam always.

I just finished the mission race 2:20.716 was my best lap and 2:22.xxx consistently. I won by 2:18! I almost lapped 2nd place.

This was my 4th time doing the mission and my previous best was 6th place, I was losing by 40-50 seconds and my best laps were 2:26’s (most laps at 2:30+)

Thank you so so so so much. I was getting so frustrated with this race!!

Manual Trans like praino said or automatic?

Hi there Praiano! Any tips on how to lower the Extra 5 to 10pp on some of your setups? I race mainly the tokyo 600 event, and a few cars are now over the limit after the update. Should I just lower the power restrictor even more? Thanks in advance :)

Try adding a bit of weight. The straight is very long and power influences lap time a lot.

This is it. ECU and / or Limiter or more weight .... Attention cars with ballast if add weight set repartition to stay same front rear balance. I prefer ECU and / or Limiter personally

I'm not doing it on purpose but 600PP cars are legion in GT7. Every new car seems to be a special car . All the top 10 600pp cars are in the same second in suzuka ( my reference track because we don't have any ghost replay available till now )
The last one tonight was a car that i let taking dust in my garage without any reason. And again this is a great surprise. Top 1 position at Suzuka, very fast , grippy , sane , i'll publish it tomorrow.
It's the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione 2008

The car is not setted for top speed , on Le Mans lap 4:04 , but you have a lot of 700PP for this event already.
This car is setted for front grip , a great driving precision , perfect to race with Alfa Giulia '20 for example.
