Does anyone know what the prices for these parts are? Theyre for a 1989 Mazda MX6 2.2 liter GT Turbo 4cyl-5spd-power steering-ABS brakes

Front and Rear Brake Pads/Rotors/Calibers
Transmission
Clutch/Flywheel
Gearbox
Rack and Pinion
Front and Rear Strots and Springs
Head Gasket
Valve Cover Gasket
Pistons

If you call Sears for the Brakes they can do them for about $100 an axle.
The tranny is gonna run at least $1,000 (even rebuilt) unless you find a deal.
Clutch/Flywheel a couple of hundred
Gearbox (see tranny) /same thing.
Rack and Pinion about $500
Struts and Springs $500 an axle unless you go with factory stuff.
A head gasket is less than $100
Valve cover Gaskets are about $20
Pistons (depends on whether you go with forged or cast

Basically, You're looking to put about $5,000 (with labor) into a $800 vehicle.
Rule of thumb: When repairs are more than car value, or if repair costs will average out to more than a car payment, It's time to just buy a car.

If it runs now, drive it till it falls apart around you. Then have it towed directly to the junkyard, pull off the plates and walk away. Don't even look back.

ValueCraft front pads = $27
ValueCraft rear pads = $25
Normal Mazda OEM Front pads = $50
Normal Mazda OEM rear pads = $48?
Clutch, remanufactured disc = $70
pressure plate = $70
Transmission, from my bro, used, $10 + your old one.

Rack and pinion = $600+
Stuts are OBSOLETE for the Auto Adjusting, all sold and gone.
Head gasket = $37
Valve cover gasket = $8
Pistons = 200,000 miles, useable, free from my bro with free rings.

My bro does MX-6/Probe parts trading, so if you want to buy parts from him, let me know.

Hope that helps some, those are the prices as he said them(the transmission and pistons prices are from my bro if you bought them from him, the rest are Mazda prices and stuff).

Glad he just happened to be here right now. :)
