I'm going hybriding tomorrow. I'll give it a whirl with the rest of them. Don't really like the car though... :D

Did you test my Lister MX-5 I made for you yet?
 
is Ida tell me all about it PLEASE!!!! i dont have sharport yet. but can u tell me if the cobra side pipes acutally show etc?? and tell me about those wheels... everything!!!!!!!

Before I even START I'm going to say "No." That's not what hybrids are for, and is well outside the capabilities of, well, anything. The car bodies - including exhaust pipes and windscreens - are solid. You can't transfer bits between them.
 
Why? I know it's a pretty ropey looking car, so it can only be improved... :D

Try going to GT3Times and asking Jake for the ini for his PT Crusher... You'll like that.
 
when you put the "exhaust" on from another car, it doesnt ACTUALLY put the muffler itself on the car, hehe. you just get the power gains you'd get from that exhaust system. Its a pretty nice lookin cruiser, silver w/ black 5 spoke rims, about 4000hp, 4wd. If you dont adjust the suspension when you first use it it looks like a pt cruiser SUV. haha. hey cobra, for future reference, i always use the suspension from the sample 001 car because its adjustable from like 55mm all the way to 250. Now i dont know what you did to this thing, but its got so much lag for the first few seconds when you floor it, you just sit there, and then all of a sudden it just shoots up and youre off. you put so much downforce on it tho that it shakes when its driving, but it certainly sticks to the road like glue. haha
 
My first analysis says:

Get rid of the carbon driveshaft. Having a driveshaft fitted to a drivetrain that doesn't originally get one (Ruf CTR2) is usually a BAD THING.

The reason for the lag is probably the LSD Init setting, which is set to 110. Plus the carbon shaft.

Try to increase power only with the Power Multiplier. Some parts also bring in a lag, for no reason, and it can sometimes happen if you mix NA Tune AND Turbo Tune at the same time.

Do I have to register? In which case "no" - I'm oversubscribed to forums as it is - GTP, GT3T, GT.de, GTbyN, GTN, GTPlay, theprey and Scoobynet.co.uk - and I only have a 56k connection.

Actually, I'm in the process of updating the site at the moment. I decided that some of the info there was a little empty, so it should be looking good by next weekend really.
 
Don't take offence at this, but I found the PT Cruiser barely-driveable. Okay, so the 250mm ride height and 4.0/4.0 Springs didn't help much admittedly :D

The MX-5 I created for you in the other thread on the other hand actually drives brilliantly, I discovered. On a lap of Laguna Seca it was 1.0s slower than the Cruiser, but only has 600hp, compared to 4100.

When you do get started, kick off with engine swaps and mildbrids - keep it under 1000hp - and find out what makes it driveable. Then start to kick the power levels up a bit. Learn your craft - then blow them away :D
 
The PT Cruiser he made has a very high ride height because he based it off of the Hybrid attatched below which was made for Rallying. Was custom made by Heydu for me :)...

Spook. I made a Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept rally car - 4WD, 3000hp, 250mm ride height. Blimmin' fast as well :D
