PAL versions of Home only​

G'day folks, I think it's about high time we have a GTP Pool competition.:) Right now I am taking entrants, please title your post to announce your wish to enter very clearly. Your post should be formatted as so:

Deadlines for entries is on 22nd March at 23:99 GMT.

The competition will work as follows. It will be knockout style competition, winner in each round is best of 5 games of pool.:) Each round will last a week in order to make sure you have time to arrange a game with your opponent. The overall winner will get the glory, and if they wish, a free tune to request of me at The Lion's Den. Who's interested?:D

Please Note: For some reason the breaks in Home are very random, and as such the black can be sunk off break which just isn't right. If black is sunk off break, please consider the game a wash and start over.

Mate,

I'll give this a go as well 👍 now how the heck are we gonna ensure there are tables available during our competition time... its always packed in there. We may have to enlist the help of some bouncers...

:lol: I don't think bouncers will be necessary.;) I'll be giving people a week to complete every round, so any time during that week you just need to organise a time to meet with your opponent.

I'm no going to enter, because I'm not a pool person... if you were talking about Carriage Return, then maybe, but pool no! ;) :lol:

Question. Do you have a PAL version of Home? If you only have the US version, I don't think it will work will it? I should have said that in the opening post sorry.:(

Playstation home is not region restricted at least mine is not i played pool against someone from Italy the other night i'm from the US. so ill enter and if it doesn't work ill just forfeit the round

Sorry in advance for the double post, but.......

Deadline has passed everyone, and thankyou to everybody who has entered so far and made this possible.👍
I'll make up a list of first round pairings, I figure we may as well just do it in alphabetical order by GTP Usernames.:)

Edit: OK, round 1 pairings are up, and I also added a little rule about the breaks regarding the Black 8 ball in the opening post too.:) Remember, it's best of 5 games, you have a week to complete round 1 (Although I will be lenient if need be), and good luck to everyone!:D

Added Bit: It's up to you to organise a time and date for your game with your opponent.
