PSM - Issues 78 - 80

I found this kind of weird, the Decmeber 2003 issue of PSM is Numbered 78, while the January 2004 issue is Numbered 80.

What happened to #79?

Maybe it was a typo. Or maybe it's a conspiracy. I vote for the latter. An explination is to come later.

That's odd about PSM. Do they always do one for each month? As in ... monthly? (: Or do they work on some other scheme? They might restart the numbering each year so that groups of ten mean something. Have they been doing PSM for 8 years?

Well I have the PSM issues since I first subscribed, in Febuary 2001. They do put out their magazine monthly, and their numbering system just goes up one for every issue they put out, regardless of a new year or not.

My guess is also that it was some sort of typo. Quite odd...

No, the missing issue was their Holiday Guide issue. Yep, I get PSM, and you get 13 issues a year.

Crappy. Did this get sent to all their subcribers, or would it be something you had to buy? If so, then I don't need that issue.

Issue #79 was a Holiday 2003 issue. I'm not sure why you didn't get one.

Well, I think the cause would have been that since I recently re-newed my subscription to PSM, that re-newing order didn't get there in time catch that issue.

Oh well, it's all good.
