Question on PDA?

Hey guys.
I used the search but no results in Q/A.
Anyway, with the PDA(Performance Difference Adjustment) do you still get it if you come in last place for example? If so, I take it, it will be very little or would it still be quite substantial?

I think I recall coming 5th in an event & still getting the extra? This would then indicate that it would apply all the way down to last.

Thanks. I was trying to see what the payout was like with a 2CV at 170pp with a bit of rubberbanding. No success!
