[RACE] NR2003: GTPlanet Fantasy Series - Season 2 - Checkered Flag

So a couple of questions:

1) Who allocates the driver and vehicle stat points and how are they allocated?
2) Am I able to request a Triple Digit Number?

I ain't Nas, but I could answer these two:

1)The stat points for both driver and car are allocated by nascarfan1400, while trying to maintain a balanced field of cars.
2)I'm not sure about this part, but I'd say using a three-digit number might be allowed. I don't remember reading any rules against it, so...

And the manufactures should be the same as the current list for 2014 (Chevy, Ford, Toyota, Dodge and Pontiac), and perhaps Honda if Nas decides to add them to the mix. Of course, until the templates are decided, many things can still change prior to the start of the championship...

Press release, eh?

Although yesterday, April 1st, may be usually called "April Fools", no lies were told yesterday in a last-minute conference by NASCAR Fantasy Series founder Nas Pinkton. Nas claimed that he had "a major addition to the roster" and brought forth a face that shocked many of the drivers who were attending the conference. North American Jordan Greer joined Nas on the stage, and spoke to the audience, calling himself "the new kid on the block". Greene is widely known as the owner and founder of famed Internet website GTPlanet, a website dedicated to the racing videogame franchise "Gran Turismo", and has ever since assembled a team of several people, some of which went on to aid Jordan with his equally famous Gran Turismo encyclopedia; GTPEDIA. Jordan took some time to speak to the OTBS team, with the following:

"I was pretty surprised to hear Nas offering me a chance of being a part of this series, but I just couldn't say not to him. As this will be my first season, the first priority is to get as much race data as possible, while trying to get some good results. So far, those are the goals I set for my 2015 season."

Greer will drive the #10 GTPlanet Chevy SS, as part of the oddly titled "The Team With All The Money And Women And Super Cars And Super Long Names But Its OK". The driver told us that the name was not decided by him, and that Nas may have been involved in what Jordan calls "a friendly gag".

But that wasn't the only new addition to the Chevrolet ranks. Scottish driver Gordon Audrey announced he is joining the series as well, with the #43 Chevrolet SS (sponsor TBD at the time of writing). Gordon, a former British GT driver, did not say much about his entrance in the series, other than the fact that he will not be a part of any team, entering his car as an independant effort.

And so, two new drivers join the 2015 grid, but with three spots remaining open, more could join the already large field of NASCAR drivers...

By the way, if anyone wants their teams names as a PSD to put on themselves (Paste as a new layer above the parts layer, then merge down), feel free to tag me with a list of drivers for your team (Which could be just yourself) and what manufacturer you are

Hi!

1) I am the gamemaker if you will. I will be making the stats for every car but the ting is they will all be 100% equal.

2) I'd prefer you keep it to 1 or two digits please. If you really really really wanted to I suppose I could allow #100, but if you can help it, just 2. Thanks :)

The one on there now is vertically taller than all the other ones would be if you left it, it's no big deal to me really to make the name tags, I'm overdue to upload the full file with everyone's name anyway

I forgot what I was going to do for yours again, do you remember what we decided on? As for SAS, I haven't done anything since I found out that the 800x800 ones wouldn't import, but I did get the link to them in a proper size from the people who made it.

The owners of Chevrolet American Racing(not Motorsport, I made a mistake in the first post) would like to announce their third addition to the team, @AudiMan2011, driving the number 43 car. The team would also like to announce that the #22 car driven by @GTRacer22 will be sponsored by Oreo's, who have been a partner with the team in the past. The sponsor of @AudiMan2011 hasn't been announced.

The owners would also like to announce that the team name has been changed to Chevrolet World Racing, due to the newest driver being Scottish.

"We are very excited to begin this new season. We feel like we have a very good chance to win a championship this year with three great drivers and a solid engine package. The team may be very inexperienced, but we feel we have a great chance to succeed."

Nor further Announcements have been made.
