Real JGTC times at Fuji vs. GT4P

Tonight on Speed Channel they showed Rounds 5 & 6 of JGTC 2003, Fuji & Motegi. Fuji is spot on in Prologue, by the way. Here are some qualifying results with the identical Prologue car.

Course: Dry
Weather: Cloudy

Takata Dome NSX 124.414

Best lap times during race were about 2 seconds higher on average.

Takata Dome NSX took the win after Cerumo Supra had breakdown on last lap while leading by 10 seconds!

So I ran some laps with 2 of these cars on Fuji in Prologue. These are not perfect laps, but are very good ones after running about 10 laps in each car using GT Force Pro (99.6% bug, so lap times may be 0.5 sec faster?), assists off, MT.

Woodone Tom's Supra 124.803 (+0.388 sec from real time)

Cusco Subaru Advan Impreza 133.944 (+1.123 sec)

I'm impressed.
 
Ha - I watched that last night too. Tried to explain to my wife that GT4 will have the same cars and same track... oddly she shook her head and said, "So what?".

Thanks for the confirmation of lap times.
 
Great, to see some indepentant confirmation of the times being close. A loud cheers for that.
