What's car that you drive now, I have a Ford Fiesta 1.3C '93...... 58HP / 153km/h... earlier I drive a very old Fiat 126p (made in Poland:)) 24HP and 105km/h :P

A Fiat 126!? wooo that's a classic... but look here... powerful 24 hp...

I sometimes also drive a Fiesta 1.25 (75hp), but it's not mine... it's a "family car", everyone drives it...
I might buy a Smart Roadster soon, or maybe i'll get bike instead... haven't decided it yet... :P

'85 Escort 1.3 CVH VV. 69hp, I think... Not exactly powerful, but it's the best car I've ever driven (Out of a whopping ... 4. But still.) as far as driving pleasure and ease goes. Plus it's VERY economical. Which is quite a factor at 1,50€ a litre...

I've had an '88 Isuzu Trooper II now for 3 years (yeah, i know, quite the *****in' ride). It's got the 2.6 liter 4-cylinder and i've barely had any probs with it. Apparently for that year there was a V6 optional engine but it wasn't as durable since it's made by GM. I'm psyched to be living on the east coast now...the Trooper just loves snow :)

My first real life car was a mid-70's Peugeot 504 sedan. I drove it for about 6 months...so glad not to have to ride the bus to school anymore. One day i drove it on ice and ran into a tree, but it survived. I forget what eventually happened to it.

My best real-life car was a '67 Mustang with the famous 289 V8. Even tho it only had a stock 2-barrel carb, that thing roared. Bought it for just $1,200 and got it painted metallic blue, put some shiny mag wheels on it, and had the tranny rebuilt. I used to get folks wanting me to drag race constantly...one time even this guy in a Yugo challenged me! My best race was once i was coming home from college (about a 3 hour drive). I was on the highway, and this guy in a brand new Mustang kept racing ahead of me. He had the long-range speed advantage, but my car could out run his in that cruicial 50 to 80 mph range so i kept sneaking up in traffic behind him, then i'd roar ahead of him! When i got to my exit, he was folowing me blinking his lites but i refused to pull over. Till this day i'm not sure if he was mad or if he wanted to buy or admire my car. (i basically won that race)

...yes, in Poland 126 was very popular (and still is), few years ago, quarter every car was a 126... We produced that model on 1973-2001... now is very popular among a young people, because you can buy in good condition for 200zł (it's 50euro)... car in that foto had a 1.9TDI engine with 200HP... cars weight is 600kg...
...126p because p mean "polski" (polih), we produced also Fiat 125p in yeras 1967-1991 and called that models "kredens"(cupboard:P) or "polish drift machine"... engine is a 1.3 or 1.5 with 65-80HP...

What is the car you drive in real life? Er i hope to get a Renault clio, maybe 1.4 litre. That may pump out way less than 100hp.

My mum's car is a Ford Focus saloon, 1.8i which pumps out exactly 113hp.

Fords are popular around here... It seems everyone on this thread has or had in the past, a Ford model...

A bit longer history polish cars with photos:)
First was a warszawa (warsaw), produced on 1951-1973, with 2.1litre engine 50-70HP/ 105-130km/h / FR...

...second syrena (siren), produced on 1957-1983, with 744-900cc engine 26-40HP/ 100-125km/h / FF...

...third Fiat 125p, called "cupboard" or "polish drift machine", produced on 1967-1991, with 1.3 and 1.5 engine 60-80HP / 140-150km/h / FR...

...fourth is a Polonez, produced on 1977-2003, with 1.4-2.0 engine 69-112HP (also diesel version) / 140-175km/h / FR ...version sedan, hatchback, wagon, pick-up...

...and also prototypes, tunned cars and very much other polish inventions :)

Why that has no polish car in it game??:(

Well... there's so many cars not in game...

I have a 2000 Subaru Impreza Sport Wagon.
2200cc, no turbo. Sedona Red Pearl.
About 130bhp. 5 spd manual.

I made a hybrid like that once in GT2.

Just dropped in a Peugeot engine of some sort, I believe.

Yes, this Fiat was the basis for the almost identical Russian Lada "6" model. Is your "Polish" 125 a derivative of the actual Fiat or the Lada?

Hmmm that is a bit complicated... polish 125 was a mix italian 124 and 125 (mechanically 124, but other is 125)... Lada "6" in poland and majorities europe called 2101 was a derivative only 124... and her deployment 2102, 2103 etc to 2107 still produced...

I place these photos for comparison.

Orginally italian Fiat 125...

Polish 125p and his deployments...

...and russian lada 2101...

Actually, 48 hp is looking real good now in these days of $3 / gallon gasoline...

Yeah, but those old boxer's aren't very fuel efficeint anyways (something around 20-25 I believe).

:D Due to the fact that THE aftermarket part in the car is a steering wheel cover, it makes 40+ Miles Per Gallon! That's right! Four-zero!

Here's the speculations...

1993 Honda Civic LX Sedan

1.5L I-4

102 BHP at some insane RPM (around 5,300-ish)
less than that in torque at another insane RPM (like 4,600 or so)
Redline 6,500 RPM, Rev limiter somewhere higher

4-Speed Automatic Transmission with a Locking Torque Converter and an Unlimited Slip Differential powering the front wheels

Curb Weight around 2,400 pounds

Tires: 13's all around, with stock Honda cappers

Performance

0-60 in like a minute or two

0-100 in like an hour

top speed: awful slow, but it can break 100 MPH

60-0 in a couple seconds and on half a dime, without ABS mind you

Skidpad: who cares? that car probably won't even pull 0.8Gs!

Suspension: Double Wishbones front, some other kind of independent suspension rear

Driver Side Airbag

Kenwood Tape player with a 2-color LCD color changing thing

Powered Windows, Locks, Brakes, Steering

Not really cold useless Honda Civic A/C

Spare Fuses included!

lol if were getting into specifics then here it is.

48 hp at i dont know what rpm
75ish lb-ft at i dont know
i think redline is below 5000
top speed 85 mph
no airbags
non antilock drum brakes
no power anything
4 speed tranny
10+ year old tires :scared:
