hello.
i want to ask one thing where can i get the car which will be good to race in rs.
or maybe the problem is not about the car.
now my rating is ~40 and i can't join rs races
why?

I'm not 100% certain but i think RS races only show up if you have a rating of 10 or better (Wolfe probably knows for certain). You also have to have a car that is allowed to enter the race for it to show up (you can check the calendar to see what races are on to work out what kind of car is needed).

I'm not sure, but I believe that ranking 40th gives you access to RS races. The problem might be that the car you are running doesn't match the specifications needed in the gameweek you are now.

In other words: RS races follow a calendar. Check that calendar to know what kind of car you need to be driving to enter those races (R class, FF, Rally, etc.)

I actually can't remember what rank you need to be to access RS races, but I think Hun200kmh is right.

He's also right about the calendar -- certain weeks require certain types of cars. Outside of those weeks, anything C-class or higher should do just fine.
