runnin from the cops

I came up with this crazy idea when i was at my sis's this weekend.

Get a whole bunch of your friends to just stand around at a street corner.
When a cop drives by, everybody just run in different directions as fast as you can(make sure you all go a different way)
The cops should chase you just because your running and you cant get arrested for anything because you didnt do anything. (even for resisting arrest because you didn't do anything to be arrested for)
If you get the cop to get out of the car to run after you it is 3 points.
If it is a fat cop running after you, 10 points

I tried this yesterday and a cop powerslid through a fence and they wanted us to pay( a tad icy outside)

It doesn't matter if you didn't do anything illegal before you ran. If you see a cop, and run, you will be arrested for fleeing from the police. You can't just run everytime you see a cop, even if you weren't doing a single thing wrong.
