And this is going to be Group C again? If so I think I will sit this season out
WHAT???!!! Do even read anything I post on here anymore?! This is to be a mixed Gr.3 / Gr.4 series. I even posted I don't have plans to run prototypes for a while after the Porsche 962C Special. Even so the Group C league last season was the most attended series for this league to date. Including the GT Sport era. So I will do another Group C series in the future. Regardless of your complaints.

And on the subject of your of all your complaining anymore. I personally don't care if your going to attend or not anymore. Everything I put out you complain about anymore. I don't only make these races for you. I spend months planning, testing, and tweaking these events before they are launched. And I do all by myself. On my time for free. I don't paid for any of this.

On top of all that. You were offered a chance to be part of that process. And you rejected and branded yourself a "Silent Helper." Whatever that supposedly means. And after picking apart the Corvette Festival races. Because you didn't like what tires some of car were on. I choose silently remove your Silent Helper status. Because I'm done putting up all this negativity.

So I'm presenting the 2026 2 Hours Endurance Series the way I want. Show up don't show up. I don't care anymore. As long as someone shows up. The races will run with or without you.

OK, Slick, I love you too

Hey you know what. I present a challenge to the so called good drivers of this league. We have 4 non scoring test races coming up. I want someone to show me that the 1984 Skyline Group 5 car can actually win a BOP regulated race in the Gr.3 class.

I say good luck even to Josa. Both the old AI and new AI drop like a rock with the 1984 Skyline in custom races. It's 11 years older technology than the next oldest car in the class. And unlike '95 F1 GTR. It doesn't really have any redeeming characteristics to use against newer other cars in the class.

To clarify I mean this car for the challenge. Nissan Skyline R30 Super Silhouette Group 5 1984. It is the oldest car in any of Gran Turismo's Gr classes. If you need picture to go along with the definition of turbo lag. This car a top candidate. Along with it's lovely almost 42 years old 5 speed h pattern transmission and suspension package.

I have installed the fully detailed race schedule on the GT Planet forum post #2. Running an entire season of 2 hours timed races makes figuring out race distances really easy. Most of the real tracks time of day start is the traditional 24 hours afternoon start. To prevent things from being too uninformed. Yas Marina and 5 of the Tokyo layouts will start at Night. Mount Panorama will start at Sunset. And Tokyo Expressway South Counterclockwise start Late Morning.

There will be tire requirements for race tracks that it doesn't rain at for the 2026 season. Both to keep the races for being too uniformed and it is my way of trying to reduce the tire wear disadvantage of the higher wear 4WD and FF cars in the Gr.4 class. I'm sure it is not the prefect solution but, it's also not my fault if you'll pick a FF drivetrain car for endurance racing Nissan.

I did a 10 lap BOP custom race at DT and finished 2nd with a spin on the last lap. RH tires, Fuel and wear at 1, real slipstream, real off track Traction, rolling start, and my Grid spot was 20th. Difficulty was professional. I think I would win the next race if I did a second one but didn't have time. Is there a specific track I should use?

PS I set fastest lap on L5 and saved the replay of the race

I more or less against other humans. Custom races are good for practice and to make credits if you're bored of the available high paying races. But even with boost turned off. The AI cars still have a rubber band effect. My guess it's so the AI adjusts to different players skill levels. But it doesn't allow the full strength of the cars flaws to show.

Just pointing out this post, the old Nissan seemed competitive
