Knowing that all drivers are not always going to make a race night and to nearly guarantee a full grid, we will be carrying a driver roster of at least 22 drivers. This series will not distinguish between Primary and Reserve Driver status.

All Drivers signed up for this series are eligible to confirm attendance for Race Night as a full time primary driver.

Confirmation of Attendance Policy

1.) By Friday afternoon, of the week before Race Night, a "Confirmation to Attend" post tagging ALL Drivers will be posted in the thread as a reminder to confirm your status for race night, however, Drivers may Confirm at anytime between Events by posting in the thread. Any and all Confirmations can be made up to 8pm est of Race Night.
2.) The first 16 drivers to reply in the thread "Attending" guarantees themselves a position on the grid up to the start of qualifying at 9:15pm est.
*Dont be Late to make your entry*
[Race Room will be opened by 9:00pm est. Entries must be in by 9:15pm est to guarantee your grid spot. (Any Top 16 confirmed drivers running late may proceed to race room after 9:15pm est if vacancies are still showing at that time.)]
**Confirmed drivers outside the top 16 are encouraged to be on standby to fill last minute no shows, call outs, and/or late arrivals without prior notice**

3.) At 9:15pm est, I will PSN message all remaining confirmed drivers here in the thread inviting them into the Race Room with the number of grid spots available. First Driver(s) to make it into the Race Room will be granted the vacant grid spots.
"FIRST COME FIRST SERVE"
Do not enter the Race Room before
the Invite message is recieved on PSN
4.) Once you are in the race room, make your entry and begin open qualifying.

This process is set up to reward those drivers who are most ready and committed to run this series.

All drivers are encouraged to make sure you have this thread in "Watch" status so that posts and notifications are received.

Friday is the only night you can work with right?
Friday is more a sure thing for me, where Saturday can sometimes get busy or family things get involved. The Mrs typically goes to bed early on Fridays from working early daytime hours, leaving the after 9pm Est hours open.

Sounds good. I know the IRS is planning something for Fridays but I don't know know when it will be up. So will this be every Friday and then every fourth Friday is a Porsche race?

No, this will be 1 race night per month like the Porsche Cup, but from Nov to April, and I would like to schedule it on the middle Friday between Porsche GT3 Cup season races. I will get a proposed schedule together tomorrow. It may end up being a race every third Friday which likely add a few races to the season. This is still in the feeler stages.

Glad to see some good interest in this so far. Half way there. 6 more more drivers with show of interest, and I will begin the process of formally opening signups and accepting time trials for placement. Final hopeful goal before a November start date is 16 primary drivers, and 6 Reserves. Stay tuned and if you know someone who may be interested, bring them to this link. Looking forward to making this happen.

Should be the same as "friends only". I just don't want random people jumping in while I'm doing my laps.
I like that, and agree. I will amend the settings, and thanks for the point out:cheers: I did notice I had participants set at 1 which should have avoided that as well, but even extra cover never hurts.
