Setting up RS 50 pedals on Playseat Challenge X

I just purchased a Playseat Challenge X along with a RS50 system with pedals. Having a difficult time mounting the pedals to the pedal base on the Challenge X. Did watch some very brief videos on YouTube that were not helpful. Anyone have suggestions on how to mount pedals to base?
