It lets your friends use your driver(s) for B-Spec remote races.

In the b-spec remote races your ai drivers can earn credits for you. My AI (bobs) earn more money than I can spend most of the time.

It's the current "form" your driver is in. If he is green, he is most likely to win the race, if he is orange, he won't perform as well.

The mood will sometimes change after a race is completed. It's entirely random when it will change, and it's random what mood your driver is in afterwards.

It isn't random. If your Bob looses several races, his mood will deteriorate. If he wins several, it will improve.

Online remote races do not change Bob's mood.
