Standard cars and PS1-era cars that deserve the Premium treatment in GT7

I badly need this in my modern life.

It'd certainly make sense, considering we already have two other late-90s/early-00s JGTC GT500 machines, what with the '97 Castrol TOM'S Supra and the Pennzoil GT-R.
I think the 2000 Castrol Mugen NSX is very likely to return, because we have JGTC's 1997 champion (Castrol TOM'S Supra) and the 1999 champion (Pennzoil NISMO R34). Adding the 2000 champion (Castrol Mugen NSX) would satisfyingly complete the champions lineup while making up the trio of different models from the same era.

I could see it going into Gr.3.
But GT7 is supposed to be getting rid of the "Group" classification system. That said the old Oreca Viper (Which I imagine is much more likely to come back only in Dodge form and not the Chrysler branded one) would fit pretty well into Group 3. Wouldn't be any more out of place than the short tail McLaren F1 GTR (Which is confirmed to come back; I'm sure the Longtail will too) or the Ford GT LM Spec II, even though that's not a real car.

Also, while we're at it, I want this car back:

Long before the Red Bull X series, there was this thing.

The numbered racing car groups are not going away it seems - only road cars/Gr.X stuff are, afaik.

We don't exactly know how it will be managed though. The older cars may not need to be placed into Group 3 to compete with the modern cars because the PP system is back.

All the race cars and race spec road cars from GT2 that pretty much wasn't seen again.

A proper Lister Storm GTL race car in GT1 as well as GT2 specification versions.

All the cool stuff from GT4 like the Nismo 270R.

Nissan R390 Road Car both long and short tail versions.
Nissan R390 race cars both the long tail and the red/black short tail from the year before. I'm confident about two of them at least.

McLaren/BMW F1 GT-R long tail. We really need this one.

The standard vehicles from all the featured Japanese Tuner companies like Mine's, HKS, Spoon, AEM, Amuse, Tom's, Blitz, Trial as well as the manufacturer tuning companies like Nismo, Mugen, TRD

As far as track cars go, as many as they can get away with. I'd love to see some older JGTC/JTCC/DTM/BTCC cars return.

Thinking about it, I'd really love to see these ones improved for GT7:

Honda S2000 (AS/KR) '01
Honda S2000 (AS/KR) '03
Honda S2000 (AS/KR) '99
Honda S2000 (US) '01
Honda S2000 (US) '03
Honda S2000 (US) '99

A great range of cars that I consistently enjoyed driving, each for many different reasons.

GT6 already had the S2000 '06 as a Premium, while GTS got the S2000 '99 model. Just update the '06 version and then turn the LM Race Car into a fully modeled car for GT7 or, one of the S2000 tuned versions, like the Spoon or Opera Performance.

This is a very strong collection of cars you've put forward. Also, 2 of them have already been confirmed - the Evo 5 and the '70 Skyline GT-R.
