Anyone ever thought of this?

Anytime you see a person's avatar, you automatically picture them having something to do with the picture. Especially when it's a person.

This doesn't always happen, and yet sometimes it happens involuntarily. Pretty freaky eh?

What do you think, do you often judge a person's personality or physical appearance by their avatar?
 
I was thinking of starting this exact same thread... good one.
Yeah. It's weird... the Avatar Associations we must all make.
The one that made me want to do the thread was the one below.

Well, since I'm only familiar with the characters from GTP avatars, it reminds me of some smart-ass indie-rocker wearing vans and thrift store clothes. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you.

Nah, i don't think your avatar is on of them. It does kinda make me see you like Gabe, but not involuntary, you know?

Well thats the inspiration for my current avatar anyway.

I sometimes use allot of girly anime avatars, god knows what that says about me.

Note: Dont even START!

People should have something to do with their avatars, but it needn't represent some aspect of their physicality.

I for one am a bit of a Lamborghini nut, so that's why I've had a succession of Lambos recently.
 
Sure just throw away the 'fantastic character with the patented gg logo on his t-shirt' avatar away.

I worked for over 2 minutes on that avatar!

For some reason though I use this avatar at an anime forum that I used to visit, where everyone had that sort of avatar. I use this one
