WEEKLY DRIFT PHOTO COMPETITION:

As the title suggests this competition is held on a weekly basis and is open to all members of GTP. The rules are simple and as long as you have a USB stick that works with your PS2 you will be fine. Just snap a few shots taking into account the requirements and post up your entry. You will then be entered into a poll where the members of GTP will vote to find out who wins.

GTPDC - GTPLANET DRIFT COMPETITION:

The GTPDC is a competition hosted by Sheron where by you submit drift videos. There are two types of entry, Amateur and Professional. Each participant enters themselves in one of the two said categories and produces a video based on the requirements. Please note you will need a method of video capture to take part in these competitions and somewhere to host your video so that it is available for download.

BDC - BEGINNERS DRIFT COMPETITION:

The BDC was conceived by Boundary Layer, Delphic Reason and Swift to aid drifters on GTP and help them hone there skills by drifting sections of certain courses. This is a fun competition where you can enter to try and win or you can just enter for some feedback on your drifting abilities and receive some pointers to help you become better. Like the GTPDC you will need to have a method of video capture although it is more relaxed in the BDC as camcorders, digital cameras with video facilities etc, may be used as long as the end result is a watchable clip.

DPT - DRIFT PHOTO TOURNAMENT:

The DPT is very much like the DPC competition except that you are pitched against , ideally, 31 other contestants on a head to head basis. During each week of the competition the 4 judges post requirements for which you are to produce your best possible photo in the hope that you will make it through to the next round. Like the DPC this tournament needs only a USB "stick" to transfer your photos to your pc.
