Time Trial - Results and Community Leader Boards

Wow GTP players dominated this time, look at us all lined up in a row P45-P49 ✌🏼🤪

Yeah was just about to say the same - crazy how we are all within the same tenth and occupied 5 consecutive places on the Global leaderboard, all in Top 100.

Not to mention we also have 4th, 5th and 6th in both the UK and US (+3rd in the US) on here as well.

Thanks @Gogga for the support and @half_sourly for compiling the weekly leaderboard!

Indeed there is a hell of a level on GTP and constantly improving. I think we motivate each other to surpass ourselves! But you @Dan_Tes have made a giant leap in the last few months. Have you changed something in the way you approach the TT or your setup ?
Hey thanks man I’ve been improving consistently since I moved over to using a wheel/pedals; I started using VR at the start of the year and that is a huge step when it comes to precision and consistency and then following a WR/fastest available ghost with a 0.2s (I think) delay has been a huge help for lines/braking points etc

Same for me, only much less mileage on the VR2, only a month or so, but still :cool:

We need to escape the aliens!!

Here was my best run and rank from this TT:

So 26,567 drivers were faster than me but you know that's allright with me. I honestly do not like how Bathurst is structured and made. The downhill section is the worst of it all.

@LSFDRX please slow down 🤣

Well done to all those PB improvements, looks like a lot of people had fun with this one 💪🏼

I even hit a different type of PB and I cannot believe it 😱 I finally become the fastest motion steering driver on the GTP board for a single TT, I finally managed to beat @Barareklam (albeit by only 0.002 seconds 🤣) which is a massive achievement for me 😂

Thanks @half_sourly @Gogga @P-Courty! P-Courty... you went faster than @Barareklam?! He is alien fast. Well done!

(No slight at all to you Barareklam, you are deadly quick!)

I'm kinda bummed because I haven't been able to put any time into these latest TTs, and I know I could have gone much faster here. I think I only put in less than 20 laps in the Clio!

I need to chip away at Laguna Seca and Suzuka before they're over... lots more work to be done in those ones. Not super stoked on the Murci yet, but I didn't think the Gr2 would be fun and it is, so maybe the Lambo will be ok.

GTP crew seems to be getting collectively faster all the time. Well done everyone!

Congrats man! Keep pushing and next one is coming soon!

I honestly thought the Weathertech one was hard, especially Sector 1 and the dreaded corkscrew. I tried the MT for many hours until I gave up and switched back to AT for that particular TT. At least I was able to get in the 1'23.000's. So my ranking was not that good there either.

Well done guys, those are excellent times, I saw most of them, I do admit it was a hard one for me, wasn't able to get out of the 1'23.000's there. Wow, I was ranked 101 in that table.

@half_sourly
First of all, congratulations again and again for all your excellent work on your paintings. Afterwards, if I may, you forgot to add me to the table Spoiler: All-time gtplanet Community Scoreboard the last 2 silver medals for the TT96 and 97. So that makes 22 silver medals and not 20. But you you have the right number on this post Also if I may say so my average ranking is different. You put 10,225 overall and on the TT97 table you put 10,214.
I apologize for bothering you and getting you back into your calculations.
Thank you again for everything my friend and for everything you do for this community 👏👏👏👏

Hi, no need to apologise. All feedback is good. There will be some anomalies for a while because I am working through combining the standard TTs and special TTs. In the process I am skipping some steps because I will very soon be doing them again. Some TT numbers will also change and that will impact some stuff while I work through it.

So bear with me and things should return to normal soon.

I super appreciate all you put into this, sir. I'm no statistician but it's really cool to watch the numbers change with progression. Thank you, as always! 🔥

We're missing your difficulty rating!

I'm hoping there is something that helps explain my super low placing at Laguna Seca... it's not for a lack of trying!

ok my friend. I wish you a lot of courage in all these changes. And I offer you a coffee to encourage you and thank you for everything :bowdown::bowdown::cheers:

It's there at the top of the post, I just didn't call it out. It was 28th most difficult of 96, but actually more difficult than that because bronze was 20%.

Well, I didn't meet the requirements that I wanted to at Suzuka, I was hoping to get in the top 5-6%, but of course it didn't happen. I do worse with stock cars/VGT's than I do actual road/street cars. The AMG Motorsport event was a difficult one for me too, I won't ever forget that crazy challenge.

Here are some statistics for TT98 at Suzuka in Gr.2. About as average as you can get on my difficulty-o-meter.

Thank you. Fixed now. I had an issue with that formula, fixed it, then left home for a meeting and forgot to apply it to all drivers when I got back.
