Trying to hit 4' in 400 m...So far 5.2..questions about launching.

Well ive been using trial and error to try to get my hybrid into the 4's. These are the parts im using so far.....

Engine...Diablo GT(78,000 horsepower)
drivetrain...vcd ZZ2
chassis r_gt
weight reduction stage 3


It launches PRETTY well but I feel it could launch better..Wanted to know if anyone has tried this. Here is the car stats if anyone wants to try it

im kinda of confused, are you going for a heavy car? your using the rgt's chassis, but the tuscans is lighter and your using a stage 3 weight reduction, ever try using a lighter chassis? i mean its not like your turning or anything, just a strait line so i dont think it would matter.

Drop the horses!

I've got a 5.055 in the Racing-Line database, with a 4000hp TVR Speed 12...!
 
Ill try dropping the horses..I just wanted the car to be able to run the fastest 400, fastest 100, and highest max speed.

I used the RGT chassis because it launches the best out of every one ive tested.
 
You have got the stickiest tyres you can put on it on right? And have you changed the VCD settings so that they are not as biased towards RWD? Too much power to the rear wheels might cause them to spin...
 
My 12 was just an ordinary Speed 12, with 4000hp, F1 tyres and 4WD drivetrain (and a supershine). No other modifications.
