Vertex GT Sprint Series | Season Finished | Bambi, CWM, Mercedes-Benz crowned champions!

Question about this rule: 2.2 8
Drivers are strictly prohibited from crossing the white pit lane entry / exit lines at any point during the race.

Tracks like interlagos the pit exit & entrance is a good place for over taking.
If the pit exit is empty and no car coming out off the pit or no one going in the pit does that rule still stand?

I wouldn't say the entry line's good for overtaking but that rule specifically applies only to cars going in and out of the pits. If you're racing then you're free to use that line when overtaking/defending.

Hi another question.

Keep in mind you'll only be able to race if at least two of the full-time entries back out or don't show up. Since @LANAtron confirmed attendance as a reserve first, the first reserve slot goes to him.

Another great race that saw action all across the field! Qualifying was yet another show of talent from everyone, with the gaps between the RM runners being far more closer than it was at Dragon Trail, with the intervals between the drivers from 2nd to 14th averaging at just over a tenth! It would've been close across the field if not Noir's last minute switch to the RS tires for a shot at pole position, which paid off to give him the 5 points for pole position. This left him at a disadvantage in the race as he was only limited to using RM tires, something Mikey took advantage of by starting on RS and taking the lead early, stretching out a gap during his first stint.

The midfield battle was something else entirely, a train of about 6-7 cars battled all around the track as they went, going three wide down the straightaways yet avoiding making any sort of compromising contact with each other. While this battle eventually cost them time to the leading pack as they went on, it made for some very entertaining battles that everyone seemed to have had a lot of fun in.

The action seemed to have calmed itself as the race went on, but the closing stages was set for dramatic finishes all around. Xephos, who opted to start the race on RMs were now on RS tires by the end, rapidly chasing down Mikey, who was on RMs. On the final lap, Mikey made an error out of turn 10, leaving the door open for Xephos to take the lead on the penultimate corner. Meanwhile, Filo had been chasing down Neutty in the closing laps and both drivers ended up on a drag race to the line, with Neutty's Aston beating out the Nissan by 0.005 to take 3rd.

Some lag-influenced accidents occurred, however, as both Filo and Noir had incidents where they made the slightest of contacts with other cars that would normally be of little to no effect to the other, but ended up worse for the other cars due to latency. These incidents, while obviously unintentional, were avoidable, hence a warning was given to both drivers.

Question for you guys.

In your lobbies, how do you enable pens on the penalty marker. Its only a slowdown which can be exploited.

Sorry if this isnt the place to ask.

Now that we've had our first off week after that very thrilling race at Interlagos, we are back in action this week! For round 3, we now move on to the longest track in the calendar, Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps. Compared to the first two rounds where the relatively tight circuits provided for some close pack racing, Spa offers a bit more variety and a lot more speed, so it'll be interesting to see how everyone plans their races out.
