Statistics
Cautions:
2 for 8 laps (1st for accident between #91 and #99, 2nd for "debris")
Lead Changes: 6 among 6 drivers
Most Laps Led: #6: Diomedes Nikolaidou-96 laps

Reporter: Out of the race early. Any suggestions on what went wrong?
Angel: Started losing power and the team told me to pull it in. The engine went bad I guess. We have to wait to see what failed and hope Chevrolet can find a solution for us.
Reporter: Jacob Birmingham spent a few laps down here with trouble before the first caution. Do you think the cases might be related?
Angel: No idea yet. He's back on track, so probably not.

Can't understand why my cars are magnetically attracted to accidents or failure.

Yeah, I'm gonna just keep 10 feet back when that conversation starts
I started crying. Turn 1, he just went no brakes and plowed her to the outside wall. Then he was 2 seconds off per lap from that point on.

Oh wow, it was actually worse then I pictured
I was having a blast until I retired. Chevy pistons are apparently made from plastic, not aluminum.

I can't get over @DCybertron divebombing @KuniKino****a into retirement. That was golden.

Just.. What?

I'm so confused how can that even happen? Like did my driver fall asleep at the wheel?
Anyways, sorry my driver's such a dumbass Kuni.

You know Cat Devil Racing's having a bad race when their Indy 500 driver is outdoing the full season drivers.

Wow, I must have put my oval rating really low. That's 2 awful results in a row.
Let's just say they aren't high. You still have road courses to fall back on, but yeah, you're in for a bad time at Indy. Las Vegas and Indy are in the same track pool, which is speedways. But at least you finished both.

I opened the practice spoiler. 24th.

I opened the qualifying spoiler. 21st.

At this point, I'd lost all hope.

Happy hour spoiler. 8th.

Getting better I suppose.

Race results. 1st! *happy dance*

Reporter: So, Jacob, you entered the weekend with a very poor performance in both practice and qualifying. What was your outlook on the weekend at that point?
Jacob: Well, I wasn't very happy with the car. Just really off the pace, running at the back of the field. I didn't think we would be up in the lead for the white flag.
Reporter: Two of your teammates, Angel and the other Jacob, both had issues early on. Were you nervous or worried at any point about a possible engine failure?
Jacob: Not really, they seemed just like freak failures and problems, so I kept pushing on from my 21st position starting place.
Reporter: With two great oval results in these two test races, how do you feel going into the two road course tests?
Jacob: Well, we have a pretty good oval package, so I hope it's balanced so we can have good results on the road courses. I really want to bring home a good result at my home track of New Jersey Motorsports Park. Maybe we'll get all of the BRRT cars in the top ten.
Reporter: Thanks for your time, Jacob.
Jacob: No problem, it was my pleasure.

Press Statements coming from the UK, USA, Japan, and Bosnia in the next week or so.

2 questions:

1) Was this test done at Las Vegas or Kentucky? You said we were switching to Kentucky but the race report is all titled with Las Vegas.

2) Will we eventually have the "Collected Race Reports" spoiler in the OP?

1) Went with Vegas last second. Decided to download a newer version of Kentucky instead.
2) Once the season starts, all race reports will be kept in a tab in the OP. The OP shall floweth over with tons of information.

Unspectacular in practice and qualifying down in 20th.

Pleased that I topped Happy Hour, shows there is progress.

Better results than the last test race with a top 10 finish as well as leading some laps.

Getting better.

@BRRT_Angel Quick question as for how ratings work, the things I set to 100, are they set at 0/100, 100/100 or something in between in game?
I have it set pretty unique. I won't explain that in detail until everyone's filled out the rating form. I can say there is a lot of give in the driver performance ratings while the pit crews have a smaller window.

Ouch, if they are teammates, then I do not want to be near that pitlane when they get within conversation between one another... That gives a whole new meaning to the expression (or song title, if you prefer) "Danger Zone".

As for Vegas, my roll of the dice was off, very off. I don't really need spoilers to say this, it was just a bad race for me. Also, I just had to be a part of a nasty crash this time around, because reasons apparently. It stings, especially after such a good race in Milwaukee... :irked:

These past two oval tests have been very unfortunate for us. Milwaukee was a glimmer of hope. We ran higher downforce and the cars were running good until that accident near the end of the race. We signed on Henna and she's been a great addition within the team, being our best finisher at Las Vegas. She pulled 13th for the finish, which was great for her first open wheel test. Missed opportunities in the pit lane cost Camyron dearly, and with Steven and Kuni crashing early, it wasn't a great day over all. We need to seriously refocus and head to Palm Beach with what we had at Milwaukee. We've slipped behind Polaris in Honda teams, which we aren't willing to keep doing.
