3.8. Passing under yellow flag conditions is prohibited. Drivers that pass under a local yellow and do not give the position back will be penalized.
3.8.1. Local yellow flag zones are measured as sectors where cars are either immobile or moving at a reduced pace due to damage.
3.9. Ragequitting races are seen as a sign of disrespect for the series organizers, the other competitors, and the spirit of racing. Leaving races in such a fashion will be met with consequences.

4.1.10. Blocking cars ahead by a lap or more will result in a 20 second post race time penalty.
4.2. Other penalties awarded for off track issues will not result in a time penalty, but may be seen as more serious.
4.2.1. For the first offense of leaving a race session prematurely, a reprimand will be given to the driver in question.
4.2.2. For the second offense of leaving a race session prematurely, a one race suspension will be awarded.
4.2.3. For the third offense of leaving a race session prematurely, a two race suspension will be awarded.
4.2.4. For the fourth offense of leaving a race session prematurely, a four race suspension will be awarded.
4.2.4.1. Race suspensions apply only to the series the offense occurs.
4.2.4.2. Appeals can be made with sound reason as to why the voluntary forfeit occured.
4.2.5. Causing a deliberate collision with another car for any reason and with any end result will result in an automatic one race suspension.
4.2.5.1. The length of the suspension is left to the race steward to finalize on a per case basis.
4.2.6. Insulting a driver through prejudice or unfounded malice will result in a one race suspension once evidence is brought forward. An appeal will not be granted.
4.2.7. Drivers switching cars after the season has started will automatically be starting the following race at the rear of the entire field, as well as receive 2% success ballast for the rest of the season.
5.1. Race lobbies will be opened at 1:00 p.m. Eastern U.S. time, allowing 30 minutes of practice.
5.2. Prior to qualifying, all drivers will be instructed to sit in pit lane and check to see how many competitors they can see. Drivers unable to see all attending competitors will be given instruction to help fix the issue.
5.2.1. First step to fixing visibility issues is to clear temporary online data. This can be done from the options menu inside the lobby.
5.2.2. If issues persist, the driver affected will be instructed to exit the lobby, save game before exiting completely, reboot, and then rejoin the lobby.
5.2.3. If issues persist beyond the previous point, the driver will be asked to sit the race out and let a reserve driver come in to take their place.
5.3. Qualifying will be timed to 15 minutes. Drivers may not leave pit lane until after the timer has been started by the race official. Once the time has elapsed, all drivers will be permitted to finish their current lap and park at the designated parc ferme location.
5.4. The series official will instruct the class pole sitters to add their success ballast then rejoin parc ferme. After a final regulation check and visibility check, the event will proceed to the race itself.
5.5. Race starts will be manual rolling starts following a manual formation lap.
5.5.1. GT500 class cars will go about their formation lap at 62 mph/100 kph.
5.5.2. GT300 class cars will go about their formation lap at 50 mph/80 kph.
5.5.3. Each class will stay single file until they reach the final corner. At this point, they will line up double file, with pole position being on the inside lane in accordance to turn 1's direction.
5.5.4. Each class will be allowed to enter racing conditions once they pass the pit lane entrance.
6.1. Safety car periods will be brought out for instances like mass disconnects and crashes that meet a certain criteria.
6.1.1. The criteria for crashes that bring out safety car periods are crashes in which three or more cars suffer engine damage. All drivers that receive engine damage must type the letters "EF" for Engine Fault. Upon which, the safety car driver will type either "SCD" or "Safety Car deployed".
6.1.2. In the case of a mass disconnection, the Safety Car driver, or the race leader, will type "SCD MD" and lead the field to a red flag stop on the pit straight. The race leader or Safety Car driver will record the order of the drivers remaining and then everyone will exit the race and wait for the disconnected drivers to return. Once the drivers have returned, the race will restart with with less time based on how much time was remaining when the mass disconnect occured. A manual formation lap will allow everyone to get into their proper grid positions, and then racing will resume.
6.2. Under a Safety Car period, all drivers must be single file, with two car lengths minimum between each car for most of the period.
6.2.1. The safety car will run at a speed of 70 miles per hour.
6.2.2. Pits will remain open the entire duration of the safety car period. Drivers are encouraged to pit before joining the queue of cars behind the safety car.
6.2.3. The safety car period will last three full laps. (For example, if the safety car is called for on lap 25, laps 26, 27, and 28 will all be run under safety car conditions, with the race returning to green flag conditions at the end of lap 28.)
6.2.4. Once the field enters the last sector of the track, drivers may bunch up closer to allow for a decent restart.
6.2.5. Races can end under safety car if the safety car period is called for with under four laps left in the race.
7.1. For both GT500 and GT300, the top six finishing positions will score points.
7.1.1. Class winners earn 10 points.
7.1.2. Second place in class earns 8 points.
7.1.3. Third place in class earns 6 points.
7.1.4. Fourth place in class earns 4 points.
7.1.5. Fifth place in class earns 2 points.
7.1.6. Sixth place in class earns 1 point.
7.1.7. Pole position for both classes earns 2 point.
7.2. For drivers to be eligible to score points, they must complete 85% race distance compared to the leader of their class.
7.3. In the instance that a race is abandoned before the halfway point has been reached by the GT500 class leader, no points will be awarded.
7.4. In the instance that a race is stopped after the halfway mark, but before the GT500 class leader has reached the three-quarters mark of the race, only half points will be awarded.
7.5. Once the GT500 class leader completes 75% of the scheduled race distance, if the race is stopped, then full points will be awarded.
7.6. Race stoppages can occur based on repeated mass disconnections, server outages, or other serious hindrances that impede multiple drivers from being able to resume racing.
8.1. Success ballast will be added on to drivers who are successful throughout the season to keep the field level. The series organizer will provide a table before every event detailing the power and weight of each driver and car able to take part in each event.
8.2. Drivers who win a race in their class will have 3% success ballast added to their car for the following event.
8.3. Drivers who earn a pole position in their class will have 1% success ballast added to their car.
8.4. Drivers who finish second place in their class will receive 2% success ballast for the following event.
8.5. Drivers who finish third place in their class will receive 1% success ballast for the following event.
8.6. Success ballast does not get removed from competitors cars once they have earned the ballast. All success ballast earned from an event will be immediately applied to future events in the season, regardless of attendance.

Yes, you have to make up a team name. You can't use a real life team name.
Tire suppliers are listed in the first post of the thread.
Primary sponsor is just the main sponsor on your livery.

Kinda late, but I guess I'll sign up as a GT300 reserve.

Confirmed as a bench warmer! I'm so ready to sit and watch everything going on! :D
Depending on the situation with intro and the issues we had saturday with two of the GT300 drivers, I wouldn't be so sure that you'll be on the bench.
