For those who are unaware of what a B-Spec series is, it is where you design (or persuade someone to design for you) a paint scheme that will be driven by an AI throughout the course of a season. It allows people the chance to race without being able to participate, it allows for active roleplaying without the influence of actual retaliation, and it provides racing better than 90% of real life racing series around today. For those unaware of what the IndyCar Series is, it is a North American fusion of Formula One and NASCAR. Open wheel cars race around on a mixture of ovals and road courses for a world championship.
However...if you know what both are and you just read that paragraph, you wasted a good two minutes, so are you ready to race?

How does one VRR B-Spec Indycar? :P
Essentially, you make a paint scheme for the car (or get someone to do it for you if arts isn't your thing), I put those on the track, let the race run it's course uninterfered, save the replay and send it to whoever for commentary, and then it goes on youtube. I post the video on VRR's website and a link to it on this thread and behold a championship.

So it'll be somewhat like GTP Fantasy NASCAR Series? If that's the case, I'm interested, especially since I watch Indycar a lot and with the Toronto race this weekend.

I don't have that. I'm out then I guess. :/

You don't need the game itself, all you need to paint the cars is a good image editing program and the templates for the cars (if they are to be provided by Angel). The game isn't necessary to race, since you won't be driving...

Oh, well, I'm in then I guess. I'll give it a shot. (IF...templates are provided :» ) :P

If you can't paint them yourself, you can always ask someone else to help you with that. Just don't ask me, I'm not that good with painting either.
Well I've got experience with painting things for MSTS/Open Rails so I think I can probably do a good paint job worthy of carrying the name "Perl Speed GP". :sly:

And I still am. First things first, I'd like to reserve #79. Second do I need to be on a team or can I run solo. If the former I'll reply later, if the latter is possible I'd prefer that for now.
You can run as a single car team, you still need a team name.

I just realized....I still need a sponsor for this. Give me some time and I'll give you a sponsor.

Is it alright if I name my team and the drivers in it or do I wait until the Registration is up?
