2.3. Team names cannot be based on real life teams that have been in operation at any point since 2010.
2.4. All competitors must reserve a personal number for use between 2-99. The number 1 is reserved for reigning champions.
2.5. All drivers for a team must use the same base livery. Only differences allowed are for car numbers, and color differences to the following categories; Side Mirror, Other, Wheel.
2.6. All teams must reserve a primary sponsor for their cars. These primary sponsors cannot be featured on other teams' cars.
2.6a. Primary sponsors cannot be tobacco companies, pornography related, or political.

2.15. The national flags of each competitor must take up the entire space for both rear wing end plates (rear wing left and right).
2.16. Liveries cannot promote organizations or leagues unaffiliated or unallied with VRR, per VRR's Code of Conduct.
2.16a. Organizations permitted to appear on liveries in VRR sanctioned events are: Racing Hearts Universe, Furi's Racing Leagues
2.17. The liveries that everyone shows up to their first event with will be deemed the primary liveries that each driver will use throughout the season.
2.18. Suit liveries are required to have logos adorning the driver's right breast of the firesuit. The logo's required are the VRR circle logo, the PERTAMINA logo, the Lamborghini crest emblem, and the Pirelli logo.
3.1. VRR is a clean racing environment. Rough, but fair competition is expected. Accidents will be reviewed after each race and post race penalties may be assessed.
3.2. Drivers must be aware of their surroundings at all times. Drivers attempting to lap competitors will be expected to drive cleaner and use patience with their overtakes.
3.3. Drivers attempting to lap cars will need to use flashing lights as well as patience in passing.
3.4. Drivers being lapped must maintain a constant line until after they have been cleared by the passing car.
3.5. Drivers that have been lapped cannot fight to regain that lap unless they are engaged in a battle for direct position on track.
3.6. Racing surface is designated by tarmac within white lines and multi-colored curbing found on the edges of the race track. Astroturf, grass, dirt, sand, painted tarmac, and tarmac outside of the white lines along the edges of the racing surface cannot be used to gain a lasting advantage such as completing an overtake.
3.6a. Penalties regarding track limits will only be assessed based on if drivers gained a measurable time advantage or positions on track, with this being measured by the gap between the competitor in front and/or the competitor behind.
3.7. Pit entry and exit lines are to be respected at all times. Pit lines are defined as solid lines (white or yellow), that lead into pit lane, and lead out of pit lane back onto the racing surface.
3.8. Drivers that prematurely leave a race once will be given a disciplinary warning for the first offense. The second time a driver leaves a race before the finish, the driver will be removed from the full time roster and placed in the list of wild card/part time drivers.
3.9. Drivers vying to defend a position on track are allowed to make as many proactive and reactive moves as they deem fit. However, if they make a blocking attempt that a) forces a driver off track, or b) gives another competitor damage, a penalty will be assigned for avoidable contact or collision.
4.1. Lobbies for each weekend will open at 6:00 p.m. to allow for 30 minutes of warm up practice.
4.2. At 6:35 p.m, the 10 minute qualifying session will begin. Competitors running late must be in the lobby before 6:45 p.m. to be permitted to start the race.
4.2a. Once qualifying has concluded, everyone will be advised to park in the parc ferme location, which will be located before the session begins.
4.3. After gathering qualifying times and setting the starting grid, all drivers will be asked to confirm how many drivers they car see on track. Any issues must be rectified before the race begins.
4.4. The races will utilize the standing start allowed by the game, with the race duration being set to 30 minutes.
4.5. The starting grid for race 1 will be determined directly by qualifying. Race 2 will see the top 6 qualifiers inverted, meaning the driver that qualified 6th for race 1 will start on pole for race 2.
4.5a. Drivers that fail to finish race 1 will be moved to the rear of the field for race 2, including those who qualified top 6 for race 1.
5.1. Safety car periods will be brought out for instances like mass disconnects and crashes that meet a certain criteria.
5.1a. The criteria for crashes that bring out safety car periods are crashes in which three or more cars suffer engine damage. All drivers that receive engine damage must type the letters "EF" for Engine Fault. Upon which, the safety car driver will type either "SCD" or "Safety Car deployed".
5.1b. In the case of a mass disconnection, the Safety Car driver, or the race leader, will type "SCD MD" and lead the field to a red flag stop on the pit straight. The race leader or Safety Car driver will record the order of the drivers remaining and then everyone will exit the race and wait for the disconnected drivers to return. Once the drivers have returned, the race will restart with less time based on how much time was remaining when the mass disconnect occurred. A manual formation lap will allow everyone to get into their proper grid positions, and then racing will resume.
5.2. Under a Safety Car period, all drivers must be single file, with two car lengths minimum between each car for most of the period.
5.2a. The safety car will run at a speed of 70 miles per hour.
5.2b. Pits will remain open the entire duration of the safety car period. Drivers are encouraged to pit before joining the queue of cars behind the safety car.
5.2c. The safety car period will last two full laps. (For example, if the safety car is called for on lap 25, laps 26, and 27 will all be run under safety car conditions, with the race returning to green flag conditions at the end of lap 27.)
5.2d. Once the field enters the last sector of the track, drivers may bunch up closer to allow for a decent restart, remaining single file until the leader accelerates after the apex of the final corner.
5.2e. The race leader is permitted to accelerate to go back to racing conditions between the start and end of the final corner.
5.2f. Races can end under safety car if the safety car period is called for with under 5 minutes left in the race.
6.1. The driver that finishes a race in first will earn 25 points.
6.2. The driver that finishes a race in second will earn 18 points.
6.3. The driver that finishes a race in third will earn 15 points.
6.4. The driver that finishes a race in fourth will earn 12 points.
6.5. The driver that finishes a race in fifth will earn 10 points.
6.6. The driver that finishes a race in sixth will earn 8 points.
6.7. The driver that finishes a race in seventh will earn 6 points.
6.8. The driver that finishes a race in eighth will earn 4 points.
6.9. The driver that finishes a race in ninth will earn 2 points.
6.10. The driver that finishes a race in tenth will earn 1 point.
6.11. The driver that earns pole position for race 1 will earn 2 bonus points.
6.12. The driver that runs the fastest lap of each race will earn 1 bonus point.
6.13. To score race finishing points, drivers must complete 85% race distance compared to the overall race winner, and must take the checkered flag.
7.1. The room mode for Pertamina Lamborghini Super Trofeo events will be set to "Practice/Endurance Race".
7.2. Lobbies will be clearly coded for understanding. Each lobby will include the round number and series acronym. For example, the lobby title for the first round would be "CRC PLST R01".
7.3. The starting procedure for each event will be a standing start.
7.4. Grid order will be initially set to "Fastest First", unless that lobby has to abandon an attempted start. From that point on, the lobby order will be determined via "Set by Host".
7.5. The start procedure will be set to Standing Start with False Start check.
7.6. Boost will not be utilized in any formal CRC championships.
7.7. Slipstream Strength will always be set to real for CRC championships.
7.8. Visible Damage will be turned on.
7.9. Mechanical Damage will always be set to "Heavy" for CRC championships.
7.10. Tire wear will be set to normal wear, or x1.
7.11. Fuel Consumption will be set to normal, or x1.
7.12. Initial Fuel will be set to 100 liters.
7.13. Grip on Wet Track/Track Edge will always be set to "Real" for CRC championships.
7.14. Race Finish Delay will be set to try matching the amount of time needed to complete a lap.
7.15. Category of cars allowed in the lobby will be preset to Gr.3.
7.16. In game automatic Balance of Performance will be turned off due to the series having specific regulations.
7.17. Maximum Tire Rating will be be the racing super soft compound.
7.18. Minimum Tire Rating will be set to the same compound as the maximum.
7.19. Tuning will be set to prohibited.
7.20. Ghosting During Race will be set to "None".
7.21. Shortcut Penalty will be set to "None".
7.22. Wall Collision Penalty will be set to "None".
7.23. Side Contact Penalty will be set to "None".
7.24. Correct Vehicle Course After Wall Collision will be turned off.
7.25. Replace Car at Course Out will be turned off.
7.26. Flag Rules will be turned off.
7.27. Countersteer Assist will not be allowed.
7.28. Active Stability Management will not be allowed.
7.29. Driving Line will not be allowed.
7.30. Traction Control will not be limited.
7.31. ABS will not be limited.
7.32. Auto Drive will not be allowed.
8.1. Events and issues that happen during the race can be met with post race time penalties.
8.1a. Crossing the pit entry line will result in a 10 second post race time penalty.
8.1b. Crossing the pit exit line will result in a 10 second post race time penalty.
8.1c. Repeated corner cutting will result in a 10 second post race time penalty.
8.1c.1. Penalty is awarded for three recorded corner violations in a five lap span, and can be repeated as necessary.
8.1c.2. Penalty also can be avoided based on if a lasting advantage has been earned from the track boundary violation.
8.1d. Causing an avoidable collision will result in a 30 second post race time penalty.
8.1e. Rejoining the racing surface dangerously (in front of other competitors) will result in a 15 second time penalty.
8.1f. Hitting another driver under Safety Car conditions will result in a 30 second post race time penalty.
8.1g. Overtaking a competitor while having all four tires off of the racing surface without handing back the position will result in a 5 second post race time penalty.
8.1h. If the race leader slows their speed immediately before going back to racing conditions, that driver will receive a 30 second post race time penalty.
8.1i. If a competitor not leading the race under caution slows their speed immediately before going back to racing conditions, that driver will receive a 20 second post race time penalty.
8.2. Subsequently, if a race ends under safety car conditions, alternatives to time penalties will be used.
8.2a. Drivers that receive penalties for infractions listed in 8.1 will instead receive a one position grid penalty for the next applicable race for every 3 seconds of time penalties accumulated, meaning a driver who accumulates 15 seconds of time penalties will face a five place grid penalty for their next event.
8.2b. Drivers that receive more penalty time than they are able to serve with the grid penalty will instead be forced to take a stop and go penalty in pit lane to serve the remainder of the time left unserved unless the penalty time remaining is under 3 seconds.
8.3. In the event that a race ends under caution, post race penalties will instead be applied into grid penalties for the driver's next applicable event after the driver has received 10 seconds worth of post race time penalties.
8.4. A driver that receives over 60 seconds in time penalties will be subject to disqualification.
8.5. Other penalties awarded for off track issues will not result in a time penalty, but may be seen as more serious.
8.5a. For the first offense of leaving a race session prematurely, a reprimand will be given to the driver in question.
8.5b. For the second offense of leaving a race session prematurely, the driver will be removed from the roster of full time competitors and moved into wild card/part time entries.
8.5b.1. Race suspensions apply only to the series the offense occurs.
8.5b.2. Appeals can be made with sound reason as to why the voluntary forfeit occurred.
8.5c. Causing a deliberate collision with another car for any reason and with any end result will result in an automatic one race suspension as well as a disqualification from the event the incident occurred.
8.5c.1. The length of the suspension is left to the race steward to finalize on a per case basis.
8.5d. Insulting a driver through prejudice or unfounded malice will result in a one race suspension once evidence is brought forward. An appeal will not be granted.

Awesome! Welcome to VRR! I'll be sure to send you a PSN friend request tonight.

What do you need other than a team name and car number? I'm going to be a one man team.

Team name: Scuderia Lamborghini
Car Number: 9

Darn, I was looking around to make sure I didn't use a real world one. I'm not very creative.

In April 2018, VRR laid out plans for a tiered format for its championships, with the highest priority championships being categorized as Division I, and then going down as far as Division IV for entry level championships. This series is aiming to be Division II, alongside the popular Repsol Touring Car World Series, with each event weekend containing a pair of 30 minute races. Below you can find what you've come to expect from VRR, with organizational help from @Eva and others to make sure it is up to par. Feel free to join the fun!

Good looking livery. Also, Discord link updated to a new one.

It's a shame someone took Logitech as a sponsor because now no one else can have it on their car. I'm sure a lot of use their wheels and pedals and would like to represent that in their liveries. I know I always put on the things I use in real life. I'll have Vizio for my TV, SONY for my stereo, PlayStation for obvious reasons, Turtle Beach for my headset, and maybe LG for my phone connecting to Discord.
