After receiving several complaints, and adhering to VRR's Code of Conduct, the following rules have been added:
2.16. Liveries cannot promote organizations or leagues unaffiliated or unallied with VRR, per VRR's Code of Conduct.
2.16a. Organizations permitted to appear on liveries in VRR sanctioned events are: Racing Hearts Universe, Furi's Racing Leagues

Drivers that are in direct violation of these rules will see their results in further races be listed as "non-classified" until it is addressed.
 
Drivers that have missed Monza and will also be missing Willow Springs will be moved to the Wild Card list tomorrow to make some more space for other interested drivers.

Car #80: Unsafe Track Re-entry--Lap 5, Turn 2--10 second post race time penalty.

Race 1 Post Race Inquiries
Car #41: Non-Conforming Livery--Reprimanded. (Car #41 was a late entry to the event, and had no proper time to make the livery compliant to the series regulations.)
Car #22: Avoidable Collision--Lap 5, Turn 2--No further action. (Car #22 lost control after going off track twice, affecting the grip available. Unforced error, but not able to provide concrete evidence that ensuing crash was avoidable without his loss of control.)
Car #39: Unsafe Track Re-entry--Lap 5, Turn 2--No further action. (Car #39 maintained proper control of his vehicle, remaining at a slow and safe speed while merging onto the outside lane of the track.)
Car #80: Unsafe Track Re-entry--Lap 5, Turn 2--Penalized. (Car #80 returned to the racing surface nearly 50 degrees perpendicular to the flow of traffic after showing control was held by the driver.)

Car #17: Avoidable Collision--Lap 7, Turn 1--No further action. (Car #17 was alongside Car #52 when the latter reacts as if being hit directly in the rear. Latency issue, not penalizable.)
Car #80: Blocking--Lap 19, Main Straight--No further action. (Slight latency seen by steward impairing ability to judge controlled versus uncontrolled movement.)
Car #41: Unsafe Track Re-entry--Lap 20, Turn 1--Penalized. (Car #41 went off track and rejoined at the entry of Turn 2 in front of several lead lap cars, directly playing a role in the following accident.)
Car #80: Avoidable Collision--Lap 20, Turn 2--No further action. (Car #80 was not under the control of the driver when contact was made with another driver.)
Car #17: Manipulating Race Restart--Lap 22, Turn 9--No further action. (Car #17 was within reasonable speed while getting tires up to temperature, also aided by the time expiring before the driver had entered the final corner.)
Car #28: Manipulating Race Restart--Lap 22, Turn 9--Reprimanded. (Car #28 maintained a speed slower than the pace speed set for the series, but near the pace speed set in other VRR sanctioned championships, indicating a lapse in memory.)

Also, making some announcements leading into the weekend.
-Bathurst will no longer be a part of the VRR PLST calendar. In its place will be Nürburgring GP.
-Safety Car procedure to be revised to be more detailed in case we do not have a physical safety car present. Expect this announced tomorrow.
-Penalty system to be revised to be more detailed, including the introduction of grid penalties for when a race ends under caution.
-Drivers that have missed two consecutive race weekends have been moved to the Wild Card list.
-nascarfan1400 is working on a Radioactive video for the races this weekend, which will be posted here when it is uploaded.

Thanks to everyone that has taken part so far, it's been a blast racing with you and getting the rulebook where it needs to be only helps.
