What are the Codes for Gameshark2 version 3?

Don't know the proceedure for entering codes in a V3, but surely it came with directions
As far as the codes, I don't know of any sites that have hybrid codes for that device. It can't use GS2 V2 codes or CB2 codes. U have to convert the codes to raw hex.
Do a web search for kpdavatar's All-In-One Converter , it can be used for converting from GS2 or CB2 to hex.
