Yep it's already been ripped and people have done subs for it.

I just can't wait for stuff like this, sure i'll buy the actual DVD if it gets an actual release over here. Which will be like next year probably.

Don't mind to download it if you're going to buy it once it's out.(Note that's it's legal to have a copy if you have the original)

Cause you'll get spoiled to death if you don't download it. That's why I'm watching it now!
 
I thought it was sort of the same thing with Anime. Most people make fansubs until the series gets then published in America and then the fansubs all get deleted etc.

I'd rather not wait the time for the thing to come out in America and then say an extra two months for the English release to see this. And from what i've heard it's meant to be pretty awesome.
 
Absolutely loved the movie, though I am a big FFVII fan.

Great story, great CGI, great soundtrack and voiceacting. Stays true to the original story and the cast of characters from the original maintain their individual traits that we all remember and love. Cant wait till its released on DVD/UMD with english subs.
 
I just watched it and yes it's ****ing fantastic. If you are a fan of FFVII you should watch the hell out of this. The only thing is, people who haven't played FFVII will find it a tad confusing plotwise although it may be worth watching purely for the fightscenes.

Also I noticed that they used tracks from FFVII piano collections during Tifas fight and one of the black mages tracks for the Jenova theme.

By the way did I say it was awesome?

I can't wait for the DVD release.
 
got it the other day like i said in the movies thread, i loved it, totally awsome, and yeh i think if you are of the opinion of buying a dvd when its release i dont see whats wrong with a preview, here in the UK is takes ages for a release of an asian film so i wasnt going to sit back and see all the spoilers for it and the watch it next year when released, especially when ive been waiting for ages for it. Also when waiting for a film you read all the hype and you get so excited that when you come to watch it no matter how good it is, it dosnt live up to the hype.

OMG OMG SPOILERZ!!!

not really, i watched the movie and it was pretty decent, i kept zoning out plus i never played FF7 anyway hehehe. the animations were awesome and cgi was great. the plot wasn't neccesarily the most spectacular thing, but it was okay.
