Mazda Furai- per car list, shows should won in an amateur b-spec race. Not me have done all of those and didn't get one. Any other way to get/win one?

My mistake, could have sworn i did this race (and won). Apparently this is only amateur race i didn't have won (3). Just did it and won a green Furai, not sure i like the green or not, but I've got one! Now for FTO LM race car and Nissan R92 and 89
 
Still searching for the Chapparals! And of course the standard Jaguar XJR-9 because I want both. But I did finally get the Mclaren BMW F1 GTR today!

The Bentley Speed 8 '03 Race car popped up on mine today... swift 3.5 mill credits later, cha-ching! Never seen it or heard of it before; Anyone know if this is a rare one and I have come across a gem? or more than likely with my ucd luck, a real dog!

Still holding out for the Chaparal 2J!

Since I don't have much to do in GT5 these days I decided to get rid of it only to see how long it will take me to get it back :crazy:
 
Any car without the little checkmark next to it saying that I already have that car... And they're getting harder and harder to find!

I got what I had been looking for after a long time: Audi S4 '98. Man, this car takes me back to my old GT3 days. I used to own so many races with a fully tuned S4 and now I can do it all over again. I think I am in love lol.:sly:

I think i have all the standard cars already. Occasionally only some duplicate miata or skyline pops up without a checkmark on a listing. Im too lazy to check on 800 standard cars to find out which one might be missing.
 
I skipped out on my, apparently, only chance to get a Lister storm. But about to get r8 (non oreca), 2j, fillet vertigo and gtr concept Tokyo motor show.

My new "great white buffalo" is the new gen. ford gt race car in the gulf colors (blue and orange). I saw it a while ago and like everyone else it had no credits and had to let it go.

I have no desire for anything that I know of. I just check every 5 test races I run to see if something interesting that I'm missing pops up, but it rarely does. Just the same old 239123679217398123 Miatas, ugly-ass 90's sedans, Skyline/GTRs and other various useless clones that PD decided to clutter the game with.

Other than the occasional GT or class "C" race car, there just isn't anything I see worth getting at this point. I'm deleting duplicate Zonda C12's, Jags, and Benz AMGs just to get them out of my garage. :)

Nowadays I'm more about testing cars to find the rare hidden gem that nobody expects to be worth a pile in a given PP class. My latest project was the OM Spirra @ 550PP; with the right tune and some work on fixing the imbalance, it's pretty spunky and handles quite nicely. There's plenty of faster cars, but at 550PP it was on par with the '09 ZR1 and quicker than the Zonda C12 '00 and RE Amemiya RX-7.

Other surprises at 550PP (expected to be fast, but not THIS fast) are the Nismo Super Leggera, GT-R SpecV '09 (holy crap!), and Alpha Romeo 155 V6 (although it IS a race car)...which all tested faster than the well-known M3 CSL and Amuse S2000 GTI turbo. The HEP G37 is also up towards the top of the list, and is a blast to drive.

The road version of the Citroen GT (the batmobile) was another surprise, and is an absolute monster...one of the fastest non-race 600pp cars I've tested, beating out even the mighty McLaren F1.
