Sell it. Put that money towards a 2004 Cobra.
Seriously, though, I'd sell it. If I wanted an autocrosser, or a car to rip people new one's at the track I'd keep it, but if I wanted something that was fast in a straight line I'd sell it. I've only heard of like one turbo S2000 that was actually fast, and it was a 500hp fully built, lowered compression, etc. S2000.

Paint it black, Mugen MF10s in bronze, Mugen CF hood, hardtop, Supercharge it etc. It's your car do what you want with it. try www.s2ki.com for some ideas.

hmm...how bout trying to make it faster without bolt-ons? there's this local shop taking a civic hatchback (i think they used the type R engine) and as of last year, it was a 12 second car with only mechanical adjustments. Bolt-on/replacement parts would easily have made that thing faster but they didn't do it because they wanted to differentiate themselves from the usual ricers.

I'd sell it and buy something different. The S2000 doesn't have enough leg room for me. Last time I got in one, my knees were slammed up against the dash board. 
The first thing I would do if I were you is buy some coilovers like Teins, JIC, etc. I'd almost always recommend upgrading your suspension first. Then upgrade the brakes. Maybe get some light-weight 17" wheels for it as well. I don't really know what they offer for S2ks in the way of engine mods because as I stated before, I don't fit in them so I really don't have all that much interest in them. Check out the honda boards and that s2ki.com board that was linked in lsk8er's post. I fail to understand why you chose to ask this question here when there are tons of honda specific message boards on the internet. This really isn't the best place to ask.

Yeah, but that'd be selling it to get something much crappier. RX8= teh suck.
What to do with an S2000? Anything put painting it pink with neons and white graphics, that's for sure.

Pull and Sell the motor/trans. Buy a Lingenfelter 427 c.i. C5R LS1 Crate Motor, a Quaife 33G RWD Gearbox, and prey honda uses a good rear diff.
