What's up with the Veyron Supersport's gear ratios?

Sorry if this is a dupe but I tried search with no luck.

I just got the VIP membership from Marketplace then claimed the Veyron SS as my level 47 prize car, but tested it at the first proving grounds oval and it only has a 6-speed gearbox, and tops out at around 211mph.

Is this just me or a known issue? Also if anyone has the correct ratios/set up that would be awesome (not a full tune/mod, I like to keep my cars as stock). Thanks!
 
Did I? No, it should have 7 gears and top out at at least 250mph running stock surely, but I guess I may need to.
 
Did either of you get the Collector's Edition or did you get VIP membership from the marketplace? Was the latter for me, though not sure why the car would be any different.

EDIT: Solved! The Veyron SS I got for reaching level 47 had a bunch of tuning parts already fitted, nice, but confusing! Max speed was showing as 8.2 for example, instead of 10, and had a 6 speed gearbox with final drive at 210.7mph.

Have re-installed stock parts now :)
 
That wouldn't make a difference, Data is data no matter how it's acquired but mine was from the LCE
 
See above, solved now and I agree but I couldn't see any other reason for it. Pretty sure all my other prize cars came with stock parts, hence my confusion. Thanks for replying though :)

Actually, none of them did. I know because FM4 auto-tunes every car it gifts you. I always reset all of my 100cr cars to stock before doing anything with them.
