Where are the trucks?

So I've done all the beginner races, and half of the amateur races as well as a couple professional races ( all in gold) now I want to do the pickup challenge in amateur class but I can't find one to buy in the ford, chev, dodge or even daihatsu dealerships?? Where are all the vehicles?? Not even any used ones, I don't understand? Am I meant to wait around until one shows in the used car lot? If so... That's just retarded, the way this game has been put together has a lot of people dumbfounded ~ the way the "damage" system works etc.

I always have trucks in my used car lot, I think I am just lucky cause it seems that every car that people can not find and want I see all the time. i.e, Trucks, RUF etc.

What if you want the ford f150? If that's a later on unlock I highly doubt I'll want to come back and do the race if I already have gold because I was forced to use a dodge
 
I'm checking used cars after every race.
I've bought Ford F150 for truck races - laguna seca and some other one.

I bought a Toyota Tacoma (not being American means I can buy whatever I want lol)
Few upgrades (ECU chip, Sports Air Filter, Exhaust) left the others in the dust. Good note out of the pipes too :D

EDIT: Actually, If anyone is really desperate, fire me a PM and I'll trade her tonight when I get home. Not too fussed on getting anything in return. Was pretty cheap all in all.
