where is the bp falken rx7

heey guys im a bit new in the gt4 drifting scene but i have a question
ive already bought the blitz skyline d1 and the hks silvia d1 but i just cant find the bp falken rx 7 it doesnt stands by the other tuning cars with mine trial amuse blitz hks etc im on 4 percent of the game so maybe i must win it or something????
