Which NFS should I get?

Hey everyone, just wondering wether I should get NFS Shift or NFS Shift 2 Unleashed for my PS3. I want good graphics and some kind of vinyling system WITH muscle cars. I hear both games are good, but I want a final opinion before I she'll out the cash.

Shift 2 has more content but it's very buggy, there's a bit of input lag on the steering as well. If I were you, go for Shift 1 on PS3 and Shift 2 on PC.

On PS3? None. Too buggy. Go for the PC version. If you can't afford it, try Shift 2, but beware of the bugs. It feels like an incomplete game.

What do you mean buggy? I've never experienced any bugs nor lags on my PS3.

The paint from the last car you used carries over to other cars in replays, there is something that crashes autolog... And those are just from top of my head.

There are many shortcomings in this game. It could have - and should have - used another six months of testing and polishing, or at least a good update.

Shift 2 is just better in everything compared to Shift 1. The DLC is a must buy. Best DLC ever.

One thing I like about Shift 1 is the FOV in the cockpit cam. I think it is just right. In Shift 2 the dash is right in your face. The helmet cam is cool but they should have had a regular cam from that view without the helmet effects.

The livery editor in Shift one is better in some ways. More decals and smoother placement but the huge stupid flaw is no mirror or copy/paste to the other side. But there are little techniques that you can do to make it easier for the other side. In Shift 2 there are less decals (oddly no numbers) and when you paste to the other side it repositions and you have to line them up again. Placing the decals is also frustrating. The movement jumps. It will take a few times lining it up to where you want it. But I've seen some awesome liveries. It just takes some patience.
