Which One??

First of all, I think importing an R34 through MotoRex is in the 80s.

And, of course, the skyline owns all. Forget the NSX.

Strangely enough....the NSX. The skyline is not worth that much money to me, its a 50k dollar car for twice that much....not worth it.

If both are stock, the NSX is still faster than the Skyline. I'd go with an NSX in an heartbeat. A red one, with the black top, preferrably.

Um last I checked the R34 was not even produced in the 80's. I believe the R32 was.

It happens to me all the time!! :D.....*pasted on smile fades*.........:grumpy:

I too would go with the NSX. If I could, maybe a Gunmetal color with a black or color matched top. If not that color, a dark blue would be enough for me :). Then I'd take it out for a few laps at Laguna Seca or Virginia International Raceway (nice technical track). Ahhh, its so nice to dream :)...

For the 90,000 USD range, which car do you prefer,
the Acura NSX or the Nissan Skyline R34??

Buy a Ford SVT Mustang Cobra put about 5k into it. It would beat both the NSX and the R34. It would cost you a total of 40k and that's including performance parts. Put the rest of the money in a savings account.

Well first off, what r u plannign to do with it? For drifting, id say the BNR34 (My R33 would smoke any NSX that even tried to out drift it...)Its got great accel, AWD for max traction on take off, the super hot RB26DETT, and the all out badassedness of owning one. But for racing, NSX all the way its got good top end speed, accels pretty fast, gets alot of looks (same with a BNR34 tho).

But when u r just wanting a really nice daily driver, id say both of those are kinda way out there unless u just wanna show off (if then, id say a NSX, gets a lot of looks, since it looks so much like a Ferrari at a distance) but the BNR34 is aight for this, but its a performance machine, not a daily driver.

So id say its pretty much up to your preference of what u plan to do with it.

But when it comes down to horses, the skyline can hold 1000+, but the NSX around 500. Wuts up with that?

Eh, its just the material the block is made from, u know, certain metals are stronger than others, etc.

OOOO yea can you put a turbo on an NSX?

Yes, and you will rule all on the drag strip with a Turbo NSX

That's just in the 1/4 mile though, both NSX and R34 would spank it on a track with corners, unless you want to pay even more to upgrade the heavy arse mustangs suspension.

I'd choose the R34, used they go for about £30/40k over here.

Actually, I'd personally go with an R32 Skyline GT-R. The later two are heavier and have more extra crap. Plus, I think the 32 looks better. Cheaper, too...

ok then put 5k into the R34 or the NSX which would win??

If I had $90K of USD to spend on a car. I wouldn't buy Nissan R34 or NSX. For $90k USD you could buy an used C5 Vette, used F-Body(Camaro/Firebird), or New Pontiac GTO, and have LPE build the car and it would roast almost anything on the road. Here is the link to their website: http://www.lingenfelter.com/home.asp ,or order a kit car from Factory Five Racing, here is their link: http://www.factoryfive.com/ . There is a lot of choices out there so don't close your mind on only two. Yes a R34s and a NSXs are nice but there is a lot other cars out there to choose from like Toyota/Lexus, BMW, Porsche, Subaru, Mitsubishi, and Mazda to name a few.
