I am guessing some of you do not know what the Singapore Grand Prix is. It features in the Formula 1 and GP2 championships and is a street circuit raced at night race with a fantastic back drop. Ive added a few pictures below sorry about the quality. Anyway who would like to see it or do you think theres better night tracks that could be in the game.

I thin the game is finished, so PD is not going to add more tracks and vehicles (i think).
Now, everybody wants mor tracks, but there`s no time, some people wants Road America, Watkins Glen, Valencia, ì`d like to see Watkins and Brands Hatch but ther`s no time to inlude that tracks.
Just an opinion.

There is always DLC

Yes I would like to have it. GT5 has night racing confirmed so this would be a perfect track to be included.

Its an ok track as far as street circuits go, but there are far better...Adelaide, Macau, Long Beach, and so on. Most of the "fantastic backdrop" at Singapore you wouldn't see while racing.

As for "night" tracks, just give me SS 11, Le Mans at night and Nurburgring at night. Anything else is a nice little addition.

No thanks.

I wouldn't want any Tilke-designed F1 tracks save for Istanbul.

Give me Monza, Spa, Canada, Sao Paolo and Silverstone over the rest of them any day of the week.

But think how great it would look with GT5 with those super sharp graphics. Seem people think the circuit is rubbish, have you ever driven on the circuit? or do other circuits take priority.

👍👍 perfect.. Tilke and Ecclestone are ruining the f1.

i think it totally sucks, it's in the same league of ****** tracks like Valencia and AbuDabhi.

I do have to agree Valencia sucks big time probably the most boring race of the F1 season to watch.

I think the Valencia street circuit would actually be more fun to play in the game just for the final sector.

yes, surely the worst of f1 season.. and i'm sure that Korea next year will be the same and also rumored Rome track is a big piece of crap, it' not even in the classic historic part of the city.

Singapore would be a nice addition but I dont think it would offer much compared to the Hong Kong track which is likely to make a return in GT5.

There is still this unknown night track which was seen in an early trailer for GT5 (the title of this youtube video is wrong). Watch around 0:37. I always thought it was Singapore but I couldnt indentify it.

Apparently there is a rumored Czech Republic track for F1 that will be built in a few years.

Hope we see the Hong Kong track again, I remember there was a realy hard driving test you had to do on it.

I do to, I bet it will look visually stunning in GT5 and its quite fun to drive. I just wish there was another track which was on the other side of the harbor (on HK island). Lots of changes to the skyline have happened over the years since GT4 so I hope PD update it.

I'm not too bothered about skylines. I think we will get enough of them in the game lol.

Joking.

Actually I would rather like Melbourne.

There are other tracks I'd prefer to see in GT5, but if this track is not at the expense of one of those who cares? It's a stunning setting for a night race, imagine the replay's.

I like the Idea of booting the game up during a race weekend, and qualifying along with the best in the world. I want to have the same cars and tracks that I love to watch on TV, and race along side them.

So for me, give me all the tracks.

It's can't be singapore because this trailer was released in the summer of 2007, and the singapore gp was in 2008. PD would have never known that the track even existed.

I did not say Singapore was in the video or anything about the video I was talking about Hong Kong from GT4 and wishing it would feature in GT5.

Although this is dubbed a night race, it is 100% floodlit for F1. Would be quite a unique circuit for GT5 to have in it's track list.

I'm in two minds: I think Singapore is inherently flawed. A big part of the circuit's novelty value is the fact that it runs under the grandstands ... but the by-product of this is that it had three straight chicanes. Turns 16/17, 18/19 and then 20/21 are all ninety-degree bends, so it's a really boring section of the lap, and all in the name of novelty. It's a trade-off that shouldn't have been made. The circuit should run straight from the second bridge down to the final bend.

I live in Singapore and have been to both of the grand prix and i have to say it isnt that great of a track but i think it does beat valencia if you base purely on excitement. There are a few good turns like the 1,2,3 section and the track running under the grandstands is really nothing special.

The track really does challange the drivers ability, patience and endurance due to the horrible weather.

PD will probably find it incredibly hard to do a full laser scan on the track because for basically all of the year other than during the race weekend it is located in the business district and is always crowded.

BTW to the guy who posted earlier the Korean circuit doesnt actually look to bad to me, much better than the Indian one coming up.

The last corner in the Singapore looks pretty cool and tricky. Personally the Korean track look alright to me but who knows?
