Windows doesn't load my profile.......HELP

Hi guys,

while starting my pc up this morning, I noticed that windows fails to load up my profile and creates a temporary one (the one with "take a tour" and only 2 icons on the screen)

My profile is still on the hard drive but Windows (XP SP1) suggests it can't be loaded and I should contact the network administrator.......problem is.....i'm the only one using my PC and I have administrator rights :grumpy:

I really need your help, because if I were to format again I have to backup over 160 GB of data :-(

I don'T see what the flippin' problem is, my HDD is around 2 months old.....


I would really appreciate your help.......cause it's driving me nuts :grumpy:

OK.......I tried that, but it just gives errors when I try to restore it :-( As a temporary sollution I copied all the files from that profile to a new one I created. When I'll get my USB HDD to save my data on, I'll do a fresh format and install, and also install SP2 ;)
