well, the 03 is not as good as 01, just slap on a turbo and make vcd 40-45 and try that

can anyone provide a better tune-up of the WRX Rally 2003.
I have searched and 'advanced search'-ed the forums to find very little about this car.

I like to drive it on the road, not off-road and love its immense torque(60kgs stock)

Just lower it, tighten up the springs and widen the gears and you´ll be fine. Also, for road use, set most drive to the rear.
