does anyone have an x-port and is able to make make video's, not webcam video's but video's on a computer via a tv card

Xports don't work like that, I'm afraid.
Xports transfer information files from PS2 to PC (and vice versa).
To view a replay on your computer you need to connect the video output of your PS2 to a video input on a graphics card that has one, tune it in to the PS2 and watch the replay using the PS2. You can record the signal with any one of a whole bunch of programmes designed for it.

i know that, thats why i want to send my replay to someone and have them do the replay on there computer the way they do it whrn they make GT3 drift vids, i have xport and i was gonna send it to some one with xport and the thing to make movies
