I was just thinking, and PC gamers seem to have so many cool cheats and hacks for NFSU, but we can't get them, because of the nature of PS2

For example, I was looking on the site nfsunlimited, and though most of the cars were ugly, some caught my eye.There was an Lancer that had the Mitsu badge off the Evo!?(though this could have been done in paint?) I was wondering if there were any programs like GT3gEdit (MK'S) for NFSU, and if not, would it be possible to make a program compatible with X/Sharkport for this purpose?
