That's the good thing about this game.....there are so many damned cars, a bunch get overlookwed by everyone but a few.

The Toyota Aristo (a Lexus GS400, but better) is a real nice car. Gots something like 703 hp, enough to compete in the free races easy. Also drifts REAL well...nice grip too. Fun car to dive around in.
 
1.Ford Escort Cosworth rally racer = Super sleeper
2.Lancia Stratus = Viper killer
3.Lotus Europa = let's just say you won't sell it!

Recently I´ve been performing a stats test to most gt2 cars and the aristo was probably the one that scared me the most: I mean luxury sedans can fit some horsies in but that´s just unthinkable. As for the other three definitly yes - the escort may have the focus to bully him around but its still a part of my garage, in fact it was there before the focus. The design is just superb and I guess I miss those rac rally times.
 
1. RX-7 A-Spec '96 (not the LM version).
496hp is just enough.

2. FTO Trampio Taevion GT.
Yes, it's FF, but it can seriously smash egos and lap records.

3. Mine's Lancer.
Great rally car. Funny road racing car.

4. Venturi Atlantique Biturbo
No Ferrari, no problem. Power for all ranges of races.
 
One car I recommend is the Sunny VZR sedan. altho you can only get 244bhp max, it is a very fast car! it can win races it would be expected to be outclassed in.

and another thing........The 63hp brigade arent as s**t as you think, because you can get up to 182hp on a few, and they are the best handling cars on the game, altho the Subaru 360 and the AZI are best left alone.:lol:
 
The most fun to drive is the nascar taurus(a race mod taurus SHO). It's considerably fast for an ff car, and I can skool Vipers, Vettes, Stangs, Imports, Skylines, Supras, RX7s, u name it! It only has 364hp, yet it can easily beat the cars in the 591hp category. I think its amazing! Also, the handles are crazy! i actually got it to drift a few times, and its an ff car.:D
 
The [R] R-30 Skyline is fast enough to win ANY race it can enter. I've used it to sweep the five lapper at RR Valley and won with relative ease, even though I was out HP'd by at least 100 HP by the oher cars in the race.

The TVR [R] Cerbera LM is also too awesome for words.

The GT-90 Ford is a non-handling POS. I invariably end up selling it.
 
If you have to race the 98hp races, might as well use a car with exactly 98hp; a '97 Demio GL works perfectly.

This way, you aren't stuck with a boring car; the Demio can get up to 250hp, and can do battle in some ~591hp races with a little skill.

:eek: those are definitly secret cars to me - I thought the toyota prius was the only single speeder, but one thing that car as initially a single gearbox but if you fit him a fully customized transmission it will get a five speed gearbox although I wasn´t able to choose manual transmission :odd: Afterreadind the car´s info they did mention the two gearbox options still the five gearbox was supposed to be manual.
7 gears - pleo; no escudo no gtone but a pleo... :lol:

The Lotus Europa is available at the Historic races at Grindenwald.
 
1. Ford GT-40 - Tuned right and with hella skill, this car can take almost anything. Plus, I love the sound it makes.:D:
2. Mercedes-Benz SLK 230 Kompresser - Can be NA or Turbo.:sly:
3. Mitsubishi Galant Super VR4 - 4WD Turbo, 450+ Hp tuned, just call it a baby R34.:bowdown:
4. Venturi Atlantique 300 - Looks like a Fiero, runs like a Ferrari.:D:
5. Nissan Stagea 260RS Tuned by Nismo - A 600 Hp Mini-Van!:eek:
 
read sigy for my favs, my secret one would prob have to be a lotus esprit v8 SE. Setup right i can get some of the best drift i've ever done ^.^
