Ford Mustang Mach 1 '71

I created this setup after seeing a pristine '71 Mach 1 in local Mustang clubs 50th anniversary meet. It handles well for it's age and size, and is surprisingly quick for the weight and power level. Don't let it intimidate you, it's fairly friendly even on bumpy tracks like Mt Panorama. Traction shouldn't be issue on any gear unless you really push it.

Fun car which is, despite its looks of an old muscle car, very quick around the bends. It's also very stable both when accelerating out of a corner and braking in preparation for a corner. All of that makes it a surprisingly capable all around car.
That doesn't mean it's a complete pushover though. Sure most experienced drivers will be able to drive it close to the limit in a few minutes, being too ham-fisted still doesn't work. It's very forgiving most of the time, but will bite back if the driver is being too aggressive. It's still an FR after all. However rather than that being a negative it's a plus, providing some challenge to keep the driving exciting.
Now I'm just waiting for the more powerful version!

Thanks for the review!
A good solid tune for MFT's comeback. This thing needs some time to get up and go if you're at a standing start, but it is a very docile car. The only times this horse will try to buck you off is if you're way too aggressive on the throttle. Very well behaved car.

Thanks for the review! I'm already working on a version with bit more oomph under the hood, and early tests look promising. I'll probably post it at some point.
