Finally hit the 10's, but here's what I had previously........
Now I have it set at 100 and I still have my transmission settings at auto-set 11 but have now adjusted 1st gear to 3.00:1 so now my time stands at......10.791I have alot of work to beat or tie that low 10 of Taneras and I likely can't do it, but I shall try and I will see what I can do without taking the easy way out and copying his recipe. Good work Taneras. |

What's with all the rice rockets? Why not some muscle car action?
![]() $16547 - 1967 Mercury Cougar (51738.5 miles) $12000 - Stage 2 N/A $1100 - Stage 1 Lightening $50 - Oil Change TOTAL $29,697 Power: 505hp Torque: 654ft/lb weight: 1290kg ratio: 2.553 1/4 Mile = 12.043 (FR and without NOS) (I've never installed NOS on any car, RL or VR. And I'm not about to start) This car has a huge power band and slow shifting, so the trick is to finish in 3rd gear only shifting twice (ie. wiiiide gears). Raise the ride height to max and put 200kg over the rear axle.

Hmmm......might wanna correct that list, as I didn't use NOS for my FF time.
Looks like a good list though.

Look at bindidot on post 86. He has the same car I do, its a 94 impreza sedan wrx sti for 9722.

To the people questioning how much someone bought a particular car for, the car lot changes on a regular basis (like every 5 days or so). Sometimes you can find a really cheap, powerful car in the lots, such as the STI's for under $10k.
IIRC, the lot repeats itself every 700 days, with the black cars coming in at 694 days. And no, the black cars can't be bought for less than $30k.

I think I will do one within my original post, and then I will do one in HTML where it is prettier. |

|
I like how we have everything split up, I am gonna start on the other categories
|
I'll still keep trying different combo's to see what happens, but yours is one tough act to follow, again kudo's Taneras....well done |

Yea sorry guys, I was messing around with so many cars its a wonder I just messed up on that. I changed it to FF. My next project will be an FR car. I'll get one going sometime tomorrow. I had gotten one down to 11.8xx, but I didn't post it since it didn't beat the current leader.
Oh and Cobra, I am a HUGE ford fan. I will get my SHO beating your FTO without the bottle soon. Just give me a little time Nice times though, that was gonna be my first FF car to try out. Its not bad for the price, and looks wicked. But you beat me to it so I had to try out the ol' American muscle ![]() Oh yea and grats on the new best FR time.
