Now, I don't know about you, but I would like to see this in the next GT.

The lap on the Ricard Torma Valencia Circuit : http://www.playstation.jp/scej/title...se04/movie.swf
That was a sexy wheelie.

Also, am I stupid or is "ST" a new tire type?

Nice video, but the gear changing animation is still late.

Amar, could you tell us if the gearchange animation is also off in the demo? If it is I doubt they'll have it fixed in the final version.

Thanks

Courses section updated at the official japanese site. Two new videos :
Infineon : http://www.playstation.jp/scej/title...se05/movie.swf
Trial Mountain : http://www.playstation.jp/scej/title...se06/movie.swf

Edit : In the straight line before the last chicane of Trial, the driver turns his head, raises his arm and looks behind ...

Sweet videos!

That lap on Infineon looks so fast, it must be a thrill to ride a bike with all those elevation changes.

Now a question for you real bikers out there: Isn't the turning animation a bit too fast? Like on an "S" turn, the time it takes for the bike leaned to the left to lean to the right seems too quick compared to real life. Or can it really be done that fast?

Hmm, the Nurburgring actually might be fun with a motorcycle, but it's gonna need at least 5 opponents.

He does it also earlier on in the tunnel.

It looks a bit too fast. Like there is not enough weight to the bike.
That could be OK though, GP500 for the PC suffers from this a bit but it's still a great game.

This game might be a reason for me to try that xlink kai thingy. Think that will work with this like it does with GT4?

This is a great track, I'm glad they put it in.
I can't wait to see what else is in the game that they have not announced.

The Infineon vid shows that PD has updated the track to 2005 spec. Look out for the new yellow/blue rumble strips.
It will be interesting to see the revisions made to the other GT4 tracks.

thanks to a generous Japanese government giving me some tax money back I will be buying this game on Feb 2nd! I am getting really excited. Looking forward to Samberto's info when he gets his hands on it.

At the end of the track, it's not the same way than cars use in GT4. See the arrows on the map.

Despite the fact that my copy is likely to be in Australia as I type, UPS have informed me that customs clearance won’t happen until Friday (Thurs 26th Public holiday.) Although I’m disappointed, I can’t think of a more deserving first recipient than VV. (Time limit removal on the BMW demo warrants knighthood.)

There WILL be a Pal version. It'll be just plain dumb for there not to be.

What I'd like to know is how the makers of TT got the data from the Valencia track. If they managed to pull making that off without anyone noticing there might be more tracks to come. I hope we see Mugello, Donington and Assen.
