I know the Lincoln Towncar is basically the same as the Crown Vic but I think the Police Cruiser is based on the Ford, not the Lincoln.

Also, you've got the DF8-90 in the sports cars section, isn't it a 4dr sedan? In profile it's very like a Dodge Intrepid, or whatever the Chrysler version of that car is.

you are completely right, It's not the first time I've confused the two names even though the cars are different in several ways

I left the DF8-90 where Danny had put it originally at least for now since it is quite sporty, it almost looks like a Holden or some similar budget super sedan.

These are the cars it reminds me of...both Dodge Intrepids, just an older and a slightly newer one.

Habanero (sp) SUV is a Lexus RX

I think all of the motorcycles are generic for the most part. The Zombie and Freeway could probably be considered Harley's of some sort but the Zombie has different gas tanks so you really can't pin it to one model. The Minivan is also closer to a Chrysler Town & Country (no crosshair grille), though its just badge engineering.

The Banshee is also available in convertible, so you can remove the Coupe part.

Is there a site that has pics of all the game's cars (not the topic at GTAForums; I'm talking decent shots)? I don't yet have a PS3 myself, and am dying to see what all this game has.

Futo and the Futo with the GT badge are identical except for some visual differences.

The Sultan is most definately a Subaru Impreza.

I agree with IGN; it's even more definitely a Lexus IS300. It was a GC Impreza in San Andreas.

I think the doors are just sheet metal or welded or something like that on the RS because its supposed to be a tuner with the full roll cage and stuff.

The Chavos is definitely based on a 1997-98 Nissan 240sx (S14a body style). Very rare! Pics:

Also the Uranus has some Ford Sierra/Merkur XR4Ti looks at the front. That whaletail on the Lozspeed version has to be from the Sierra Cosworth too.


And the Ingot looks a lot more like a Nissan Stagea than a Legacy.

While IGN's wiki list is very nice indeed, and features pics of most of all the cars, I think the author(s)/editor(s) may need to double check their facts and figures:

Not only are they a little off on the vehicle counts, but their own list of all the vehicles in GTA4 comes out to 123 vehicles:

• 53 Cars
• 18 Vans, SUVs, & Light Trucks
• 33 Commercial Vehicles
• 7 Motorcycles
• 8 Boats
• 4 Helicopters

Now I'm no math genius, but last I checked, 123 < ~200.

I can understand the mistake... if it wasn't for the simple fact that it's their own list!
